How many pregnancy tests did you do?

Before you accepted that you were pregnant and didn't need to take any more?

I have taken 3 so far and I can't help but think of Gavin and Stacey where the poor girl took 34 tests.

I took one a day for a week

Haha, I took about 2 a day (different brands) from 11dpo when I found out until my early scan at the fertility clinic at 6 weeks 😅 I was very very anxious

The first one was a cheapy and the line was hardly visible. I think I knew even after that one though.

I then went and bought a first response and a clear blue. The clear blue clearly said I was pregnant and then I did the FRER the next day to see how dark the line was. After that I wasn't wasting anymore money 😂

You pretty much NEVER get a false positive! But it's reassuring to do 2-3 I say. I did 3 within two days then a clear blue one which tells you how many weeks. A week after.

1. Two in one night, and one the next morning. It was blatantly obvious from all 3, but I couldn’t believe our luck

About 6.

I was 44.5, had been told I couldn't have children a decade earlier, only had one ovary/tube and just didn't believe it. I woke up each morning and thought I'd dreamed it. 😀

I took one every day until I was about 20dpo then finally believed I was pregnant!

I’m one of the people who did far too many haha!
I got my first positive at 9DPO and tested everyday until about a week ago 😂
Every time didn’t expect to see the line come back up, i wanted to see the line get darker and got a dye stealer at 16DPO but still couldn’t stop, im 5+4 but so glad i stopped testing 😂

I did one a day for nearly 2 weeks. It was a surprise pregnancy for me because I had recently been told by my doctor that I wouldn't be able to get pregnant naturally - so I think I needed to test loads to convince myself it was real! 💗

Two, both times. I still have the first positive test from DD2. I kept the one for DD1 but it got thrown out accidentally. Gross, I know. I think I felt that if something went wrong I wanted ‘proof’ (for myself) that I had been pregnant. Thankfully nothing did go wrong but I still have the test!

One. Both times. I figured as soon as I got the positive result the test had served its function!

3 with my first. A cheapy test that I only took as I dreamed that I'd taken a test and it was positive. Another, more expensive one that afternoon and then one about a week later.

My second, I took a cheapy, and then a digital that said 3+, and that was it.

One positive test for each pregnancy. Plus a false negative.

I did a frer every other day for 4 days then a cheapie everyday until 22dpo 🙈 I've had previous losses and j wanted to check that the line was getting darker x

30 🙈 previous miscarriage so was anxious of line progression

A lot one a day for a week then one a week for a month 🙈
9+3 and still don't believe it. Had fertility issues was trying for 6 years and have IVF.

1. I took a FRER the day after my missed period. Another FRER about 5 days later and a clear blue digital about a week after that.

I have a box full like Stacey from Gavin and Stacey. I had, had 4 miscarriage though so was really anxious. Tbh the tests never made me feel less anxious and the money could of gone towards baby items oops.
