I'm 9 weeks +1.

Is it okay to use an external vibrator? I've read conflicting things online Confused

I just don’t think it’s fair to vibrate the area the embryo is trying to snooze in 👀

Play with yourself but maybe don’t use a vibrator until the pregnancy is much more established.

@NoSexLoveorGoop

Apparently it can be good for the baby as they get the same rush of chemicals that we get during climax Grin
This has put me riiiiiiight off!.

@PissyMum

lou2284 if you think the word “wank”is disgusting then you’re going to be horrified when you find out what you have to do to get pregnant in the first place. Absolutely horrid.

And make sure you don't travel in any motorised vehicles just in case!

I mean... Have you ever used a vibrator? :o it doesn't go inside your womb.

Ihopeyourcakeisshit · 05/11/2021 20:37

I didn't realise the term wank was used for women also.
Must admit, like the other poster I find it a bit ewwww.

@Muchuseaschocolateteapot

I was incredibly erm horny during my pregnancy (much more so than normally). I didn’t want to go fudding about with a rabbit vibrator so I used to lie it flat on a towel and squat and gently rub on it until well, you know. Was great, then I’d have a nap. Happy days…

Off to change my username…

I think it is fine :)

From my side, I tried to "DIY" this morning but my bump is making me the size of a whale and I can't reach! Eeek!

You cant be serious 🤦‍♀️ not fair to vibrate the area 😂😂 wtf

OP if you are unsure mention it to your midwife. I'm sure she'll have heard it all before and it's always better to check. I however have used them and my kids are fine

Sheiro · 25/11/2021 16:20

@sunnyside257 you should be fine. Self love is important anytime it is needed. I have no intention to advertise but check out safe to use self love vibrators, gentle as can use different speeds and vibrations etc... ladyamare.com. Enjoy and best of luck in your pregnancy.
