I've been feeling morning sicknessy since Monday..waves of nausea, metalic taste in my mouth. felt awful till thursday, slept lots. hardly ate till today.. just toast till today. feel better now but still getting waves of sickness and that strange taste and salavation. I've had 2 babies before which is why it feels like morning sickness. My youngest is 1,not sure of my cycles yet, think I've had 3 periods but each only lasted 2 days (normally mine last at least 5). I'm still breastfeeding.

Could all this be hormonal swings or something other than pregnancy?

Oh dear yellowbean - you are not having a good week are you. Do you still have periody type pains? Is it possible you are just really stressed out and need more rest?

yellowbean · 19/12/2007 21:12

Sounds like you could be coming down with something

Take it easy and try and get some rest. I always used to have my period at christmas even when it wasn't due. Sods law really.

Oh well, if you aren't pregnant, maybe you can work on that in the new year?

Nanny Lovemymum is here to help (in her best Mary Poppins manner).

Try and switch off from all this worrying - don't even answer this thread till after Xmas and a good rest. Even if your body can't rest - try to rest your mind from worrying about what may or may not be happening. Getting anxious and worried will not help you at all.

Spit-spot and off to bed!

if i didnt feel so bloody awful i would happily switch off from it all!
