I have two beautiful girls and we’re expecting our 3rd baby May 2021, has anyone had a boy after 2 girls? Did you feel different or was the baby more active on the ultrasound? 3rd baby has really long legs on 12 week ultrasound.

We’re not due to find out until the start of December but I can’t help but be curious

@Sparkle2828 I'm in the same situation, I have 2 girls and am currently 16+1. I have a private scan Saturday so hoping to find out then. Pretty sure I will have another girl. I'd love a boy but in all honesty I'll be happy either way xx

@Sparkle2828 this pregnancy has been different, with both my girls I was very sick and lost so much weight, this time round I've only had waves of nausea and haven't eaten so much more. How about you?
I'm not reading into it though as I know friends who have had boys and suffered really bad with sickness xx

It’s crazy isn’t how we pick at everything, I just can’t help it, curiosity gets the better of me everytime haha!
This pregnancy has been different for me too, I didn’t show with my girls until I was 6 months, but with this one my belly popped out at 8 weeks. I’ve had so much nausea, there’s days where I just can’t face meats (so weird).
I’m the same as you though, trying not to read into anything too much ... Xx

I have 3 girls. DC1 I was so sick, nothing with DC2 so was convinced she was a boy. Nothing with DC3 either. How exciting for you

I have 3 Boys, I was mildly sick with them but it eased after 12 weeks. This time I was much sicker (although again it eased after 12 weeks) and had extreme breast tenderness -I don't remember if this was much of a factor the last times. Baby is also measuring bigger than my dates and my babies always measure smaller. I had the Harmony test at 10 weeks so we already know it's a girl, I was very shocked.

I had horrible toothache as soon as I got that positive test and breast tenderness which I’ve never had with my pregnancies. It eased around 8 weeks. I’m so impatient waiting to find out haha. I will keep the post updated when I know Xx

My parents had my brother after having me and my sister first! But it's luck of the draw as you know.

Anecdotally I know plenty of women who have had different pregnancy symptoms/experiences but still had another girl/boy so I think you never know from that.

I'm 14+3 with my first (a May due date buddy!) and had a strong feeling they are a girl, then a boy, now a girl again I can't wait to find out!!

I have two girls , we found out we were pregnant ( a total surprise ) I’m April and we’re having a boy !
This pregnancy has been my hardest but I am 13 year older than when I had my first child.
I’ve been very emotional, nauseous and now have severe back and pelvic pain.
It will all be worth it in the end.
When we found out it was a boy I was in tears I was so happy as my husband and girls really wanted a boy as well.
I always ask every tine I have a scan if he’s still a boy lol , I’m having growth scans every two weeks now I’m 32 weeks and the lady still laughs at me for asking 😂😂

@Poodlemum1 Ours was total surprise too, I was in shock! My other half cried, he’d have a football team 🤣
Awww I really hope the pain eases for you! It’s definitely all worth it in the end, just very difficult to deal with at the time, bless you!

That’s so lovely that your having a boy, I’d be so emotional if we found out we were having a boy (it brings a tear to my eye just thinking about it), I’d just love to have our first boy 🙏🏻 That would be us done for babies then 🤣

I have a friend who has 2 girls and is pregnant with her 3rd which is a boy. She had a private scan which said it was a boy, then nhs scan it was a girl, it's now been a confirmed it's a boy though!

@Sparkle2828 we haven't booked a scan yet but there's a private scanning clinic we've been to before so I'll see what they have available for two/three weeks' time! I'll be 16/17 weeks then. My DH couldn't come to my 12 week scan so I'm very excited for him to see the baby's progress since we last looked together at 8 weeks ❤️

Hi, I have two girls and have found out I’m expecting a little boy . I had a lot of sickness with my girls and craved sweets and was in love with vinegar lol. This time I’ve had no sickness but in the first trimester I couldn’t stand the smell or sight of any meat or raw onions as it would make me so nauseous! I’ve been so much more tired this time but it could be the huge gap since I was last expecting!

I've got 5 in this order. G,b,g,g,g. Last one we was adamant we was getting a boy because my pregnancy was so different but nope lol

How exciting! I'm the opposite- I have two boys then a girl earlier this year. We didnt find out till the birth - it was a big shock as I thought we'd have another little boy lots of happy emotional tears. All my pregnancies have the same symptoms.

I have two boys and currently pregnant with a girl. This pregnancy has been so different. I thought it was old wives tales about pregnancies being different for boys/girls but it was true for me. No sickness with the boys and horrendous nausea this time.

I’ve been the same with this one, I go through phases of meat knocking me sick.... it’s awful isn’t it ! I love my food too 😅 Xx

@Sparkle2828 I did it was right for this pregnancy but wrong for my second pregnancy so i didn’t look into it too much. Have you considered the nub theory looking at your 12 week scan?
