Ladies try get a pregnancy pillow if you don't have one already my partner literally just bought me one it's coming this week hopefully it helps 😩 I got mine from Asda George 12inch it's £20.90 great price and the reviews was great ... this may help with some back or hip pain and support the bump

I use my pregnancy pillow to try to support my bump but I keep waking up on my back and panicking! My back is really painful in the evening and night but ok during the day but that is adding to the tiredness.

I just keep telling myself to enjoy the last few weeks of being pregnant (as this definitely will be my last!)

I've started to become a bit fixated on what the birth will be like- I've watched 5 series of one born every minute! 😂

maymay6575 · 08/11/2020 23:03

@Grumpy19 OMG that's me right now on YouTube 🤣🤣🤣 I'm watching one born every minute and I'm watching labour&delivery vlogs I literally can't wait to meet my little man 🥰 pregnancy is a lot but worth every bit especially being pregnant in this pandemic is stressing me out I really want 2 people at the birth but only my partner can come

Have to just cross my fingers by January this thing is calmed all the way down but I don't think things will get back to normal so fast so I'm guessing they will only allow 1 person which is annoying

Ugh!!!
It’s 3.44 am AGAIN and I’m up having tea and toast with my back throbbing, baby kicking the life out of me and me feeling tired but cannot sleep.
This is every night this happens around this time , all I can think is I have to get the kids up for school in a few hours 🥲

maymay6575 · 09/11/2020 05:05

@Hannahp3 I know how you feel it's 5:05 and I'm wide awake lol tired but can't sleep

I'm 36 weeks and have the most excruciating pain in my right arse cheek 😭😭 I can barely move

PopsicleHustler · 09/11/2020 06:35

Good morning

I am exactly 30 weeks today but measuring more towards 31 weeks. This will be my 5th child. Still having sickness and dizzy spells. And constant Braxton hicks. Literally all day all night. Anyone else???

maymay6575 · 09/11/2020 06:59

@iwwntchocolate I think that's sciatica pain I have that now and again it's the worse 😫 I think it's the baby laying on some nerves sometimes

maymay6575 · 09/11/2020 07:01

@PopsicleHustler Good morning hun no dizziness but I get nauseous if I don't eat which I think it's normal having you been drinking enough water ? Maybe that's what's making you feel about dizzy I remembered struggling to drink enough water early on in the pregnancy but now I have been drinking water I'm way better

OP posts:
maymay6575 · 09/11/2020 07:03

@PopsicleHustler yes the Braxton hicks have started for me to it's quite annoying but I know it's our body's doing it's job mine are not very often though just now and again I realised drinking water helps

Hi @PopsicleHustler, my mw told me that the more babies/ pregnancies you have the more BH you can get and the more painful they can be. I have had really strong BH since 23 weeks (baby no. 4 for me) so much so that I have worried about premature labour a couple of times. They have been intense!

Grumpy19 · 09/11/2020 09:09

Hi ladies! So I have just been to the loo (tmi alert) and seem to have lost a small amount of my mucus plug. It was only about the size of a pea but definitely thick mucus not discharge! Trying to stay logical and calm but again, like lots of other things with this pregnancy, I've never lost it in bits before. DC1 and DC3 I was induced and never saw the mucus plug, DC2 it came out as one massive chunk hours before my waters broke!

PopsicleHustler · 09/11/2020 09:20

@Grumpy19 how far along are you my dear?

Grumpy19 · 09/11/2020 09:21

30 weeks on Wednesday. 😬

Grumpy19 · 09/11/2020 09:22

I'm probably feeling more concerned because of this low papp-a thing which increases risk of premature labour!

PopsicleHustler · 09/11/2020 09:24

@maymay6575 they're getting more painful too. But I can cope through them. .will try drinking more water thanks so much for the tip.

Anyone else feeling absolutely exhausted from the smallest tasks. I've got a hernia above my belly button since I got to roughly 8 weeks. Plus pains all down my sides. Literally just got in from the school run which is about 7 mins walk there and back. And it took me today just under an hour. Literally walking at snails pace. Or worse.

PopsicleHustler · 09/11/2020 09:25

Sorry, @Grumpy19 no idea what low papp-a is. Is that to do with placenta? Have you called labour ward or your midwife as of yet?

Grumpy19 · 09/11/2020 09:48

Papp-a is something to do with the protein made by the placenta. It increases chances of growth problems and pre term babies.

I'm working at the moment (only sitting at a computer) so I'm just going to see if anything else happens. I need to call my mw later so I'll mention it to her then.

maymay6575 · 09/11/2020 09:50

@Grumpy19 hoping the best 🙏🏽

Poodlemum1 · 09/11/2020 10:06

@Grumpy19 have you called the PAU?

I’m absolutely in agony with this back today and feeling emotionally drained x

Grumpy19 · 09/11/2020 13:31

I spoke to a mw who has said to keep an eye out for pains/ waters/ blood etc but otherwise to just rest.

Poodlemum1 · 09/11/2020 14:02

@Grumpy19 Good , make sure you rest . It’s easier said than done for me lol

emma911030 · 09/11/2020 15:41

Hi @maymay6575 I'm 32+4 today and I've found it near on impossible to sleep, on the off chance I get into a good position and I'm comfortable I forget when I try and move the intense pain of moving!! Trying to get up out of bed to go to the toilet is horrific for me now.
I'm in the spare room now as the bed is a little softer and more comfortable for me but also when I was tossing and turning my partner was about ready to lose his shit haha and his snoring I was ready to cover his face with my pillow!
I'm also secretly hoping lockdown extends as I am due to be induced/sectioned the week after it ends (twin pregnancy and that will be 36/37 weeks) I want an uncontrollable (on my part) to keep my family away for a bit cause they will all be too much and I'll her get pissed off which I don't need when I'm trying to look after two newborns and my toddler, but at the same time I'm aware I could literally go into labour any minute now anyway sooo 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm definitely struggling in general with this pregnancy more than my last!!
