How long did it take you to get pregnant for each baby? And how old were you?

DC 1 - 22 - 1st cycle
DC 2 - 24 - 1st cycle (unplanned)
DC 3 - 32 - 2nd cycle (currently 5w2d)

DC1 I was 30 cycle 1
DC2 I was 33 cycle 1

We were very lucky

1st - accidentally fell pregnant on the mini pill age 17.
2nd - started ttc around my 23rd birthday, tried for 2.5 years with no success. Decided to stick with the one so got the coil fitted but had it removed after 6 months due to horrible side effects. Figured we didn’t need to be too careful with contraception as I’d been told the chances of falling pregnant naturally were slim - had sex once midish cycle and conceived DD on my 26th birthday.

When I was 18 I conceived the one and only time we had sex without protection (we were drunk).

At 39 conceived second cycle of trying.

At 42 conceived after five months of trying but miscarried at 11 weeks.

At 43 conceived four months after above miscarriage.

Dd - 2.5 years. Two chemicals. She was conceived through ivf (unexplained infertility). Started ttc at 32.

Dc2? Currently 6 weeks after my fifth shag since dd was born, a month after I stoped breastfeeding. She's 17 months. Surprised is an understatement!!!

First DD I was 18 so not sure really. Second DD 22 and 1 month.

1st - 2nd cycle after coming off pill - 27
2nd - 2nd cycle after coming off pill - found out on my 29th birthday!

I'm 25 and pregnant with first.
Took nearly 2 years however I have PCOS and Endometriosis and only conceived some months after a laparoscopy and diathermy for Endo.

Dc1 - 1st cycle, was 28
Then had a mc, conceived on 1 at cycle
Ds - 2nd cycle, was 30

Dd2 - mirena failure, so no idea!

DC1 - 30yo - 1 month
DC2 - 32yo - 6 months

DC1 - 28, nice surprise so weren't trying but took 6 months after coming off pill

DC2 - 31, 2 months of active trying. Used the Flo app which was very good.

32 - 2 months
37 - first try

15 years. All 4 ended in miscarriage

DC1 - 32 1st and only time that month
DC2 - 37 1st and only time that month
DC3 - 38 1st and only time that month

DC1 - 1st month trying at 33 (had just come off the pill - apparently this can make you extra fertile)

DC2 - 3rd month trying at 36 (after having MMC and and ERPC, which can again apparently boost fertility for up to six months after the procedure)

Only had one. Aged 29 and pretty healthy. Took one night! I have tracked ovulation though so was pretty sure that was my most fertile time.

I think second time will take a longer as I feel like my body is more broken now!

18- 1st cycle
23- 1st cycle
26- 1st cycle
After coming off the pill we caught straight away with all of our DD's

30 and currently pregnant with first child. It took us 2 cycles, which was a hell of a lot quicker than I was expecting.

I’m 31 and conceived first cycle. I expected it to take a few months!

Age 34 caught first cycle but miscarried at 8w. 3 months after that (cycle was all over the shop following the MC) success aged 35.

Dd1 31 straight off the pill, no period
Dd2 32 same again!

After dd2 xh had vasectomy as I was worried about an unplanned no3!

Aged 33 - first shag trying
Aged 35 - ditto 👀

First aged 25 - Entirely random surprise. We’d been having ‘risky’ sex on and off for some time so who knows how long it actually took!

Second aged 27 - Period was already late, had unprotected sex thinking I was already probably pregnant, ovulated (three weeks late), got pregnant.

We are married, own a house etc. So not wildly irresponsible. Just a bit... casual.
