Help. Bleeding

I am 11 + 6 weeks and have just woken up and wiped and found blood.
I am shaking with fear.

@Melonslicexx and @WhoUsedMyName I am glad things have worked out for you!
I feel very fortunate that my NHS hospital scanned me yesterday. It shouldn't be the case that the quality of the NHS service should differ so much from place to place.

I have had brown blood today but not much but it is still a frightening thing. I have another scan on Tuesday (my dating scan) so hopefully I will relax a bit after that.

It's disgusting so many people go to a&e in the night to be told they can't do anything because there isn't a sonographer it's so common there is no reason not to have one. I live in Hertfordshire but the only one that could get me in was Aylesbury but everyone down to the receptionist was so supportive and made me feel comforted x

So just a quick update.
I had pink spotting again this morning and have had horrid back pain and cramping all day. Keep expecting the worst!
I have my 12 week scan tomorrow so don't think there is much point phoning anyone as there is no proper bleeding. Just the pains!

This is my 4th pregnancy and I never had any bleeding with the other 3 so it's come as a bit of a shock all this. I know I am extremely fortunate to have 3 beautiful DC but it doesn't seem to make the fear of losing this one any easier!

All fine!

Baby bouncing around. They have taken a swab to see if that explains the spotting but could see nothing on the scan to explain it.

Also, nuchal translucency was 1.7 which I think is good.

I searched in here as I’ve had a big bleed today (6wks +4) and two large clots (1p Coin) passed with some other little bits. The still bleeding a little bit now (4 hours on)

Obviously so worried it’s a miscarriage but feel comforted with your story that it’s perhaps not all doom and gloom... did anyone else find they passed blood and clots and all was ok?!
