All in the title really!

I use to love a good cup of tea I'd have about 4-5 a day but now just the thought of one is enough to make me heave! 😂

So I'm interested to hear what else everyone else has been put off of since being pregnant!

The smell of fresh coffee. The smell in the office used to make me heave.. thank god for working from home!

But, I used to work at a coffee shop so you'd think I'd be fine!

ChrisPrattsFace · 21/04/2020 10:11

Everything. Had hyperemesis and literally didn’t eat till around 6 months.
My husband made all my favourite food and meals, all the snacks and I had went off everything!

LittleBoyJuly2020 · 21/04/2020 10:15

I went off coffee, fruit, veg, anything sweet especially coffee. Most foods to be honest!

Now at 26 weeks I've been able to have most things for a while but chocolate is still absolutely vile!

WhatWouldPennyDo · 21/04/2020 10:16

Eggs and lamb now turn my stomach.

Thegirlfromnumber4 · 21/04/2020 10:17

I'm a chef and almost everything at work made me heave. Even opening fridges, but chicken, eggs and garlic made me really sick.

eurochick · 21/04/2020 10:18

It was most food but particularly meat for me. I was only really interested in beige carbs.

Lynda07 · 21/04/2020 10:19

Long time ago but I went off coffee and cheese - and I lurve cheese.

Aly92 · 21/04/2020 10:22

Struggling with meat. I’m a big tea lover too but I can barely have half a cup. Gutted 😩

eventhecathasapenis · 21/04/2020 10:25

I also have Hyperemesis. Currently 14 weeks and off pretty much everything except fruit and yogurt although I even managed to puke that up this morning 🤢

LexiM · 21/04/2020 10:29

Mine changes all the time, which is annoying for my husband. Any kind of fizzy drink for me generally though, I just feel so awful and full after.

Jadegkeaney · 21/04/2020 11:30

Gone off milk in my tea. Also dont like chicken breast..I'm fine when its chopped up. Also gone off salmon and most fish actually. I love my breakfast and lunch but struggle eating dinners atm.

peachypetite · 21/04/2020 11:32

I’ve gone completely food averse! I’m only eating fruit and carbs, cheese, very plain things.

MadameDePompadour · 21/04/2020 11:54

Don’t ever really feel like eating anything and have to force stuff down. The only thing I would say I actually enjoy is cheese and crackers - not exactly nutritious!!
Absolutely cannot stand even the thought of tea and coffee (or any other hot drink) and I used to love ‘em!! Least it’s forced me out of my pre pregnancy caffeine addiction!!

ChipsAreLife · 21/04/2020 11:59

A lot! I'm 20 weeks now so better but you till a couple of weeks ago meat and veg and fruit made me gag! I could only manage carbs. Feeling better now but still have a struggle some days. The smell of cooked veg particularly does it for me. So odd as I normally love my veggies!!!!

Sleepyquest · 21/04/2020 12:00

I went off Chinese food. Completely. Even the thought of it made me feel sick. I've eaten a ton of it since baby was born though haha

nicolah1325 · 21/04/2020 12:55

God id hate to go off Chinese food! It's my fave!!!! I just can't stand the smell of anything being cooked 😂😂😂

Eggs, cheese, coffee, milk. Never had a sweet tooth before but now desperate for all things sweet, and I also want savoury and sweet things together (think normal sandwich but on a doughnut instead of bread!) - so odd.

MoonBlood · 21/04/2020 13:00

I’m 32 weeks now and am ok with everything again but during the first trimester in particular I went completely off meat, especially chicken. Also eggs.

I lived on cheese and vegetable pies, oven chips and veggie gravy and frozen Yorkshire puddings for about 4 months 😳

FilthyforFirth · 21/04/2020 13:02

Cheese. I am not eating much due to HG but DH gave me cheese on toast the other day and I promptly threw up. Even looking at cheese is making me feel nauseous and I usually love it!

KnobwithaK · 21/04/2020 13:02

1st trimester (up to about 21 weeks) - tea, coffee, milk chocolate, garlic, humous, mushrooms, courgette, pizza..
Thankfully all have pretty much returned now.. I don't think I could handle a life without pizza!

KnobwithaK · 21/04/2020 13:03

Pregnancy has made me much more sympathetic to "fussy eaters" - before I couldn't really imagine disliking a vegetable Confused but my God, mushrooms were disgusting!

nettytree · 21/04/2020 13:20

Tomato soup. It came up faster than it went down. Ist pregnancy I could only drink orange juice (which I never drank before or since) but I was just downing whole carton. Revolting stuff.

DragonNight · 21/04/2020 13:28

Tea, coffee and chocolate. Three former staples of my diet.

CurlyT94 · 21/04/2020 13:35

I’ve gone off anything oily or wet, the thought of sautéing onions and peppers turns my stomach. It’s annoying that everyone is now cooking on instagram, my friend sent me a pic of her dinner and I almost threw up I had to lie and say looks yummy haha! I Literally have to plan what I want for dinner hours in advance my poor husband has zero say anymore Grin
