4 weeks and 5 days pregnant

Hi all, I am brand new here. I found out on Thursday that I am pregnant and after trying for 4 years, was absolutely thrilled.

It’s Saturday today and for some reason today I am feeling terrified. My sore boobs seem to have stopped and I have no other symptoms at all so I’m petrified that I’m not pregnant anymore. Perhaps it’s irrational I don’t know.

I want to enjoy this time so much but it’s all I have ever wanted and so I’m so nervous that it’s going to go wrong. I feel stupid but every time I go to the toilet I am checking the paper for blood!!

Someone please help me to calm down.

So I booked my midwife booking appointment today. I thought if it does all go wrong then at least my pregnancy is registered with the docs as they do nothing to help until you've had three mc's. I know that's very morbid but just trying to cover my butt a bit just in case 😕

I keep checking the early scan appointment dates. I'm thinking of 23rd. Think I'll leave it another week before I book tho.

How is everyone?no real symptoms for me other than sore boobs, but only when I prod them! My sleep is still terrible and my lips are dry dry dry. They're really gross tbh!!!!

I know what you mean about getting registered with the docs, they are so not understanding and unsympathetic sometimes. I too will be registering on Monday now that I've 6 weeks.

I have been feeling very mildly nauseous although I'm really worried because that's gone and I feel fine now. And it's really strange squirrel, I'm the opposite to you, boobs feel achey in my bra but nothing when I touch them!

I'm feeling super anxious today. Last time I was preg we only found out at this stage, 5.5 weeks and then a week and a half later it was all over so yeah, anxiety thru the roof! Sorry if it's TMI but my nips are sooooo painful to touch! Hoping that's a good sign!

I was feeling a bit better yesterday as nausea came back haha same today. Some smells really make me heave!

Hi Squirrel. The nausea has gone up a notch for me I think. I've got face on all the time that looks like I've constantly smelling something bad.

I've got a scan booked for 14th, seems so far away still!!

How are you doing? Is the boob pain still really bad?

@pottypotamus Sorry about the nausea! Can you take anything for it? 10 day count down for you then!
Only if I prod them still really. Desperately trying not to get my hopes up but I also want to enjoy being preg. Tough esp when you've had a loss.

I’m 5 weeks, this is my second and don’t remember being this freaked out with my first.
I keep thinking something doesn’t feel right. I can’t work out what! Not sure if it’s a mum instinct or just me loosing the plot with worry! Haha! Ive got nothing to suggest something isn’t right though.
Got my early scan next week, absolutely wishing the days past! lol
