Am I pregnant?!

Hello everyone.

I am looking for some advice. I'm due my AF on Sunday, I usually have a 34 day cycle. I've been feeling a bit odd for a while but since yesterday I've really felt like AF is coming, I've had cramping - which I don't usually get until my period is here, slight back ache and occasional shooting pains on the left side of of cervix/uterus. Anyway, like I said I'm not due on until Sunday, these pains have been going on all yesterday and all today! I keep on going to the loo thinking AF had arrived but there's nothing. Also feeling a little nauseous and I was lying down earlier and could taste blood in my mouth.
I've taken some test but been BFN for now but it still be too early. Last time I had intercourse - TMI sorry! was last Monday night so I could only be 8/9 DPO so could this still be too early for a HPT to pick up?

I'm in exactly the same position! It's driving me mad... I literally feel like I'm in my period now but no blood... Loads of BFN tests... I just wish I could know either way xx

Have you tried the First response tests? They’re super sensitive. They picked up my pregnancy this time at 9dpo with mid day urine! Couldn’t believe it! Maybe try one tomorrow and see if you get a positive.
I dont remember having the symptoms you’re speaking of but then everyone is different. Also I would just warn that if you’re trying to get pregnant I found your body can almost trick you into believing you’re feeling different. so although it’s hard, Try to distract yourself until you get a definite result on a test. Hi everyone I had a child which know Ed six months old and I haven’t seen my period only 3weeks a go I had a dark brown discharge and as I wipe pinkish blood but I did have craps and feeling dizzy till know so I thought I take a pregnancy test from clear blue but am confused right first window it’s got straight cross in blue and second window going down wards in blue again so am just confused is that positive or negative thank you

Hi again well it could be your periods soon maybe if not get clear blue early pregnancy test and see if it comes out negative just wait 2 weeks so you can have the best results best of luck girls x

I normally don't get any PMS symptoms apart from a bad back before and then cramps on the 2nd or third day but I've had cramps for at least four days now, they've been especially bad for the past two days.
I constantly feel wet down below and keep rushing to the loo thinking I've come on but then there's nothing! 🙈
I've been feeling a bit dizzy and I've a headache and the metallic taste has been on and off all night, also I'm super bloated! It's so confusing as I never get PMS symptoms but it really feels like my period is on its way!
I'm going to test - again, in the morning so we'll see. I'll keep everyone informed!

Morning everyone hi samanthC1990 yh it does sound like you might be pregnant but again do a test and see but some tests does play up I think clear blue ones are ok so good luck

I didn't get my BFP until AF was 6 days late.. It can take a while to show on a test. Try to be patient and wait until you're late is my advice as I've wasted a lot of tests!

Well I've taken two internet cheap tests today and although there's no line all the way across I thought I could see the beginnings of one but then when I look again I can't see anything! 😂🙈
God I wish I was more patient! I have a clear blue test which I'm saving until Sunday, which is the day my period is actually due! Going to try not to test again until then but I will probably give in as I have zero willpower! 😂
Anyone know of any good pregnancy tests that don't cost the earth?!

Hi i think i might be pregnant but havent done a test yet as my AF is not due for another 2 days but iv had very light pink spotting when should i do a test

Hi sorry to post here I’m struggling to get a response on my own post. I took a test last Thursday 01/08 which was positive but not dark. I continued taking tests for a few days and they stayed faint not getting any darker. (All using Morrison’s test which seem to have good reviews) I left it a couple days and used 2 cheap eBay tests Tuesday with my FMU which most came out negative so I accepted it was most likely a chemical pregnancy. I repeated a eBay test this morning Thursday 08/08, one week following first positive test which was again positive but still not dark. My period was due 03/08 so 5 days ago. Any advice or similar experiences? I am so confused and anxious, I don’t want to go to the doctors as I know there isn’t much they will do and at the stage I am just waiting to bleed 😩 I haven’t had any cramps etc.

My cramps subsided a little earlier today but they've come back this evening and when I wipe there's a slightly brown discharge, not totally brown but like slightly tinged. Normally when I come on my period and I wipe there's clear brown like old blood on the tissue but this discharge is still clear but with a tinge of brown. Don't know what to think! Could this be implantation or could it be the start of AF?! 😕

Well I've had such bad period cramps all day, been absolutely miserable... I'm pretty much on my period without the blood! I took a co-op test tonight and was BFN. Really hoping the first response ones arrive tomo! I wish I knew when my period was due?! I'm on day 34 tomo but I've literally now idea what my cycle is at the moment as I've not been trying for a baby.. But I just never usually have all this build up to a period.. It's so weird! I just wish my period would come or I get my bfp so I can move on from this limbo stage. With my last baby my bfp positive was on day 32 and I remember the line taking ages to develop like 15 mins or something and then later in the day I had a bfp on a clear blue digital but at the time I knew my period was over due as I knew my cycle xx

You should test with FMU but I know that the temptation is strong when you are convinced you're pregnant! I have a Clear Blue that I was saving for Sunday as that's when AF is due but I'm going to do it in the morning! Like I said though I'm not sure what's going on as I have a tinged brown discharge so think that AF is on her way! 😔 Weird though as I've been thinking that for three days and I usually have no symptoms and I'll be three days early if it is AF and I'm never early.
This limbo/waiting stage is infuriating! I hope the cramps and browny discharge is implantation but sadly I fear its AF. 💔

Still no period this morning... Day 34... Period pains have started immediately. Did the last co op test with fmu and still BFN, not even a faint line. I definitely don't think I'm pregnant, by body is obviously just playing some cruel trick on me! I hopefully have first response tests coming today and I have some fmu saved in a sample bottle so I will test with a first response but I think a bfp is getting more and more unlikely.

So after being driven mental, my husband went out and bought me some first response tests... BFN.. I kept getting "line eyes" though and could swear I could see a line, but there really wasn't. I'm going to do one more first response in the morning with my fmu but if that's then a bfn I need to give up and realise it's just a late period! How's everyone else?

Fingers crossed you get your BFP in the morning!
I did the clear blue today and like you, I kept thinking I could see a very faint line but then other times I couldn't see anything!
What's even more confusing is that when I wipe there's still a brownish tinge sometimes but then nothing at other times! This has been going on for over a day now so I'm thinking could it be implantation/spotting?
Managed to get some more tests (🙄) so I'm going to test again in the morning! Swear I'm keeping Sainsburys in business with all of my pregnancy test purchases.

My husband moaned tonight that he's spent £25 on pregnancy tests this week! 😂😂😂 I didn't even think I wanted a 5th baby until now and now I'm desperate because hubby is getting the snip soon 😔

It's so hard though isn't it to not test when you've an inkling that you are pregnant! Sainsburys don't see First Response so I got their own brand as AF is due on Sunday so they should be more accurate now, plus I felt a little less bad spending £3.55 on tests instead of a tenner. 😂🙈

Hi,
Sorry to jump on the post. I have been getting dizzy spells, feeling nauseous a lot and having bad cramps. I go to the toilet often and have a white discharge at the moment. The hard thing is, is that I am on contraceptive patches and don't have a week off for my period every month as I have endometriosis. So I don't have a period due. Do you think these could be signs of pregnancy? I don't want to buy a test if I'm just over thinking it.
