Tentatively starting a thread for those due in March 2020! I got my BFP yesterday and EDD is 3rd March next year. I got my BFP really early so nervously waiting for the days to go by until I feel a bit more ‘pregnant’. This is number 2 for me. Anyone else out there in the same boat?

Doctor was really lovely but she said if she took bloods I would have to go back through the early pregnancy unit to interpret the results and I’d need bloods taken over a few days. As it’s almost the weekend I don’t see the point.
I’m going to book a private scan for Tuesday and I’ll know one way or another.

OH is trying to be positive and thinks there’s still a chance but I think the baby is gone now. Don’t want to be negative just realistic.

Jesskir89 · 25/07/2019 12:18

@jemstar33 are you still bleeding? And @Dinosauraddict I'm not sure how it works I didn't take opks let us know though :) x

Jemstar33 · 25/07/2019 12:20

@jesskir89 lightly when I wipe. I wore a pad to bed and there were only a few spots but it’s still there when I wipe.
How are you feeling? Xx

Bol87 · 25/07/2019 13:29

Hi ladies,

Sorry to hear of the problems faced by a few of you Sad it must be very difficult. Really hope for some positive outcomes!

I’m 6+3 and I had forgotten how horrible the first trimester & morning sickness are. I feel dreadful. I normally love a heatwave, this year I hate it. My toddler is desperate to be outside in her paddling pool all day long but it’s killing me. I feel so sick Sad

Sorry for the whinge, I’m feeling very sorry for myself!

Jesskir89 · 25/07/2019 15:01

@Jemstar33 I'm ok today as no blood and if you've not had much there's hope yet! Let's stay positive! @Bol87 it is far too hot!

Dinosauraddict · 25/07/2019 15:29

Scan complete. Baby good size for 7+1 and saw a healthy heartbeat. So relieved!!

hopefulowl · 25/07/2019 15:49

@Dinosauraddict That's great news. Congrats! Definitely thinking of booking an early scan now, going to discuss with OH tonight.

Jemstar33 · 25/07/2019 15:51

I’m so happy for you @Dinosauraddict great news.

@Jesskir89 I’ll try my best to stay positive. Good luck for tomorrow xx

Bol87 · 25/07/2019 15:57

Great news on the scan!

barnyb · 25/07/2019 16:24

@Dinosauraddict fantastic! Send us a piccyyyy 🤩

avocadoincident · 25/07/2019 16:31

@Bol87 I'm in the same boat as you. How old is your toddler. Mine is 16 months

Mrskcam · 25/07/2019 20:38

Guys I need some help please (those who have had scans before)

I went for an ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound today as I had pain 3 days ago.
I am 5+3 and nothing to be seen on ultrasound and only a gestational sac to be seen in transvaginal scan... the lady doing the scan said "I can see a tiny gestational sac measuring only 4mm and no yolk sac or foetal pole" doctor said it's quite normal but wants me back in 2 weeks for another scan "to see which direction this pregnancy is going" they've said 90% certain it's not ectopic but now I feel so worried and deflated... is this actually normal or is it something bad :(

Jesskir89 · 25/07/2019 20:41

@Dinosauraddict congrats on the scan :) @Jemstar33 thanks hun. How have you been today? @Mrskcam sorry to hear that but 90 percent is a good percent so try not to worry too much. I'll be 5 weeks 6 days tomorrow so I'll let you know how my scan goes as I'm only just ahead of you x

DaniX91 · 25/07/2019 21:09

@Mrskcam I had a scan at 5+2, just like you there was nothing to be seen on the ultrasound so did a transvaginal scan and saw a gestinational sac (I think it measured 5mm) and a yolk sac. The doctor said this is normal as it's so early on in the pregnancy and we're goin back on Tuesday (7+2) to hopefully see baby and a heartbeat.
I know it's easier said than done and maybe I should listen to my own advice, but please try not to worry.

Cupcakes1234 · 25/07/2019 21:10

@Mrskcam I had a suspected eptopic a couple of weeks ago. I was admitted to hospital and had a scan the following day which showed me to be 7 +2. Baby was absolutely tiny though and you can't really even make out which end is which, I just saw a flickering heartbeat and it was in the right place. There's good chance it's just still very early and in the next 2 weeks you'll definitely be able to see more. I know it's hard but try not worry. I haven't been following the whole thread very closely but have you had any pains? Bleeding? Dizzy? Pain in your shoulder? 90 percent is a good chance and if it was in the wrong place I'm sure they would have spotted it. Try to stay positive Smile

Jemstar33 · 25/07/2019 21:33

@Jesskir89 I’m doing good thanks. My pregnancy test wasn’t any lighter than it was yday. I’ve ordered some clear blue digital ones which will be here tomorrow. Will see what that reads. How are you? Xx

Dinosauraddict · 25/07/2019 22:42

Thanks @Jemstar33 @Jesskir89 @hopefulowl @Bol87 and @barnyb

@hopefulowl I would definitely recommend an early scan. It was a lovely experience and we got 6 photos to take away. Got to see baby's heartbeat and my husband was allowed to video the screen so we have a little video of it which nearly made me cry (however the supermarket running out of my fav drink the other day also made me cry).

Dinosauraddict · 25/07/2019 22:43

@Jemstar33 I'm really glad your test doesn't look any lighter today. I have fingers crossed for you!

Jemstar33 · 25/07/2019 22:52

@Dinosauraddict today sounds like the best day for you. I’m so happy for you.

Thank you. The bleeding has all but stopped now 😀🤞🏽

hopefulowl · 25/07/2019 23:01

@Dinosauraddict That does sound lovely. I think we have decided I will have one. I'm going to book it for when i will be a couple days under 8 weeks.

Is it just me or is time going very slowly at the moment?!

My boobs have been insanely sore again today so tomorrow I'm definitely going to look for some more comfortable bras. Also I'm feeling sick in the evenings rather than the morning. It's strangely reassuring though, I think.

Dinosauraddict · 25/07/2019 23:02

Yes @Jemstar33 that's fantastic news! Star

Jesskir89 · 25/07/2019 23:02

@jemstar33 that's really good news! My friend had a MC 2 weeks ago and the same day she bled the test came back negative! Also some women bleed throughout. I think that's defo positive news x

oksim · 26/07/2019 08:12

Wow ladies you are all having such a difficult time! I'm so sorry!
I was going to moan about the constant nausea, but after reading through this I've had a reality check!
I cannot imagine the worry, stress and heartache you girls are feeling. I have everything crossed for you all.
@Jemstar33 hopefully the digital test will be more reassuring. Xxxxx

Jemstar33 · 26/07/2019 08:53

Thank you @oksim you’re more than entitled to have a moan, it’s allowed and I don’t want to take up this thread worrying people, it’s not what I’m intending. I hope you’re feeling better soon xxx

barnyb · 26/07/2019 09:19

Hello girls! I just had my second scan ! And I'm 8 weeks and 2 days today. so actually I'm due 4th March now not the 5th :) xxxx
