Tentatively starting a thread for those due in March 2020! I got my BFP yesterday and EDD is 3rd March next year. I got my BFP really early so nervously waiting for the days to go by until I feel a bit more ‘pregnant’. This is number 2 for me. Anyone else out there in the same boat?

@EPSpartyof3 oh ok well seeing that you've had that for the last week or so sounds a bit better. yes that's great your being positive ! Iv been quite positive this time and I'm trying to continue the positivity but sometimes it's difficult and we are all human at the end of the day! We are all going through so much at the moment and it's completely consuming!! Hope for the best for everyone. Yes let us know what happens. Also it's good to reassure others and pass on your experiences. Good or bad ❤️❤️

Thanks ladies. Doc thinks it’s early miscarriage, I have to go back for a scan tomorrow. No chance of any sleep tonight. The cramping has stopped red blood is still there but not as much. Just hoping and praying for tomorrow xxxx

Thanks everyone. I praying by some miracle the bleeding hasn’t resulted in a miscarriage but at the back of my mind I need to be realistic. Just need to pull myself together because I don’t want to walk in there and have another breakdown like I did last night.

The doc said to me that the pregnancy test was faint but mine have been faint, getting darker throughout and the first response ones seem to be the only real dark ones. She also said ‘at least now you know you can get pregnant, just try again’ I know she was trying to reassure me but that’s not what you want to hear. It’s taken me 19 months to get this far.

Ive just don’t another first response this morning and it’s fainter than usual. The blood has turned to brown again.

@Jemstar33 the midwife said that to me when I was in for my MC. I was really sarcastic back to her and walked out. 😡 Hoping for good news later, thinking of you xxxx

The early pregnancy unit called and said I need to wait a week, do a test and go from there. I don’t know how I’m going to get through the next week but I’m too early to have a scan.

So sorry you're going through this @Jemstar33 you must be so worried. Fingers are crossed for you.

@Jemstar33 I was in a similar situation in January - I found the EPU awful and will be driving 25 minutes in the other direction this time if I need them to a different one. You can ask for 2 blood tests 48 hours apart from you GP which will tell you if your HCG is increasing well or if something is amiss. I found my GP much better support. Thinking of you my lovely, happy to PM if you need xx

@Jemstar33 my friend had one recently and the did hcg blood tests I would ask for them x

I have an appointment at the docs tomorrow I’ve asked for the hgc bloods so I’ll wait and see. Still bleeding so I think I know the answer but I can’t wait a week in limbo xxx

@Jemstar33 how is the cramping ??? When I had M.c at 5 weeks it was really intense pain in tummy, lower back and the pain went down my legs. Xxx

Had my scan today - there's a heartbeat! The relief is so big. They said that the spotting I have might keep going for a while, but unless it gets worse I shouldn't worry.

@Jemstar33 That sounds really hard. Especially the wait! Rest up and look after yourself!

@barnyb the cramping stopped after two hours last night and hasn’t been back but it was similar, down into my legs. Can I ask, with you mc, did you bleed for the next few days? I don’t think this is just a bit of spotting as I’m still bleeding 24 hours later. There’s no need for a tampon but it’s there every time I wipe and it keeps changing from brown to red. Xxx

Hi @Jemstar33 that is exactly the sort of unhelpful guidance I had last month was I had a Mc at five weeks. "Do another test in a week and if it still shows pregnant come back" and "at least you know you can get pregnant so you can try again." I knew it was a mc when (tmi) I had "tissue" come out. I didn't know what "tissue" looked like when the doc said that would be a sign it was a mc, but when it came I knew.

@Jemstar33 are you needing a sanitary towel (and does it mark the towel?). When I MC I didn’t cramp much to begin with but I needed a towel within a few hours of the bleeding starting and it progressed to a heavy painful period after 18ish hours for the next 5 days. I had no brown stuff. I definitely knew what was happening within 24 hours xx
