I've been for my twelve week scan... there's two heart beats.

There's two of the buggers!

So help me, I already have one... I don't know whether to cry from happiness or fear.

Does/will anyone else have three under three?

I have no advice but as I have no experience of twins, I am a bit envious.

We aren't sure yet but I'm feeling more pregnant than I did first time round.

Twins run in hubby side.

Twins triplets and quads run in mine.

Fucking five a side football team second go and we both get the snip!

Twins are ace, but hard work. Congratulations! They were my first —and last— so I don’t know about the oldest sibling, but my cousin had one, then twins and she’s doing just grand :)

Bah hah! You are me ten months ago. My b/g twins are five weeks old and so I have three under three and a five year old.

So many congratulations. It is really hard but they are so cute and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Awwww that's lovely I'm a twin and it's brilliant. I'm 9 weeks and feel massive so am thinking it could be twins too....

You are me - see my username. I was in shock for days. DS will be 20 months when the girls are born. DH didn't speak a word for 3 days. Nothing in either family, a complete mindfuck of a surprise. I was so so sick from early on that I had joked it was twins. Ha ha, joke's on me!!

Do you know what type you're having? How are you feeling? Hang in there and give yourself time. We're very happy now - due in May.

That was me 5 years ago. I had 3 under 2 ! I'm still here !!! But I did cry for about 6weeks after finding out then Sort Of went into denial on the principle of I will deal with it when they are here !!

No advice but congratulations! I have three (no twins though) and it's hard work, bonkers and wonderful.

My neighbour moved next door with identical twin girls.

Split with their dad.

Met someone new, had a single boy.

Then identical twin girls again!

Then a surprise single boy!!

Congratulations! I’m expecting our twins next month and will have 5 under 5 I did have 3 under 3 at one point and it isn’t as scary as it seems, you’ll be fine

Twins are amazing! I’ve known someone to have 2 under 2 and find herself pregnant with twins and cope just fine! You will too!

Bg twins due in May, when DS will be nearly 3. Also in trepidation but happy... No other way I'd achieve 3 kids probably. Start taking industrial quantities of iron now. Buggers have sucked me dry.

Congrats, twins are fab. I can’t comment on the 3 under 3 yrs as I only have the two twins.

Btw : Identical twins are just chance and not hereditary.
Fraternal twins can run in families because if you release two eggs any female's in your family may be the same.

I didn't have any other children when I had twins, so not the same situation but I wanted to say that as hard work as it will be, it definitely has some advantages. Everyone will think you are awesome. Hardly anyone dares offer 'helpful' advice. It's brilliant to watch how different and similar they are. Twins clubs are usually a great place to feel normal and make mates in similar situations to you. And so much more. I hope your pregnancy goes well.
