Has anyone ordered successfully from this site?

Their clothes look so cute online but I ordered a few baby items over 3 months ago, and after chasing continuously they said order had been shipped. A month ago I chased status of order and they said shipping had been delayed. I said I wanted compensation as it was getting ridiculous and I think they have now cancelled my entire order :-/

Starting to wonder if the whole website is a scam so wanted to know if others have had a different experience?

Don’t order from them. Poor quality on half of my items ordered. Wanted to return the items, but unable to. PatPat’s customer service is really bad. Although they responded quickly within 48 hours, they were unable to help me resolve the issues I raised. I had been exchanging emails for a long time and did not get into the resolution. We kept going around in circles and got nowhere. I figured that they would like me to give up. So I told them if they could please provide a quick resolution. And that this was my final email before I raise my complaints under the consumer rights act and take action. No response. My last email was — any response to this??, and as expected no response.

I count about 3 -4 cheap and cheerfuls

If you buy from outside the UK, be aware the company does not legally have to meet safety standards.

Even if they say they do meet them, with the level of accountability the company seems to have (ripping off copyright etc) I would not trust this.

Particularly for items which could pose a hazard such as sleepwear that your baby will wear when you aren't present or anything with buttons or zips that could come off and pose a choking hazard.

We have stringent safety standards in our country, don't take that for granted. They don't exist everywhere in the world.

After posting this comment, Patpat had contacted me and apologised for my concerns. They gave me, and received already, a refund on the items I had issued with. Thanks for resolving Patpat! Appreciated it.

I've bought the family matching pjs twice, two different years and was surprised as the quality was better than expected. Long delivery time though but I knew that so was happy.

@velociraptor could you please tell me if you got charged with costums l, since you ordered after brexit? I used to order, never got any extra charge. But know I am doubting and can't find any information. So if you could please help me, I would really appreciate. Thank you.

Hi. I googled Patpat and reviews were stating that they were not real. A scam.

I ordered from there the other month.. delivery took just over 2 weeks but all the clothes are good fabric and just like the pictures. Only down fall is they come up big in size so the 0-3 is more like 3-6 etc x

Wish I'd have seen this earlier. Placed 2 orders last week now I'm worried that 1. They won't turn up, 2. They will be poor quality and 3. They will be too big. I order 6-9months as that's the next size I need. Urghhhh.

I ordered back in January, arrived end of Feb, all of good quality, no concerns.

Mother in law also unknown to me ordered some and the same - all arrived as planned, no jissis

Does anyone know who patpat use to delivery? Like hermes or yodel etc x

Shein has some of the same items as PatPat, I haven't yet ordered baby clothes from there but anything I've ordered for myself is great and comes in 2 weeks.

I can honestly say pat pat clothing is fantastic I've bought my 2 yr old gran daughter several times and like spending 6o and 70.00 worth. I'm honest review the kids clothes are great fit shape quality packing brill each I wee plastic pat pat zipper bags I highly recommend it delivery bit dear u wait a week or 2 but over all worth it .
