Has anyone ordered successfully from this site?

Their clothes look so cute online but I ordered a few baby items over 3 months ago, and after chasing continuously they said order had been shipped. A month ago I chased status of order and they said shipping had been delayed. I said I wanted compensation as it was getting ridiculous and I think they have now cancelled my entire order :-/

Starting to wonder if the whole website is a scam so wanted to know if others have had a different experience?

I have! Ordered 2 nursing bra's with poppers and they are exactly as advertised (perfect sizing and everything) plus super comfortable!

Not ordered any baby clothes as of yet though, was waiting until Christmas/next summer for the adorable matching outfits and pajamas! - Although looking at some of these replies I'm going to be a little more wary.

(Ordered to the UK)

Experiencing the same problem here. They're using photos from our small business to sell knockoffs of our mom and me dresses. We've been contacting them for weeks now and they're just Sadturning a blind eye.

PatPat: Terrible company, with an "F" rating from Better Bus Bureau, which should tell you all you need to know. (Go to BBB in Mountain View, CA and search for InterFocus, the parent company of PatPat and several other online ordering SCAM conpanies.) You have to work pretty hard to get an F rating...the worst possible rating. Ny personal experience is 6 wks, multiple attempts to contact them (by email, phone or their websitewhich doesn't blocks input), no tracking info (naturally). Now they are claiming I didn't pick up from post office so should reordernotice never received and our community has locked USPS parcel boxes, so obviously also never delivered. SCAM

I received low quality merchandise- the white sections are see-through and the shirts gape open to reveal my bra underneath. When trying to return the items, customer service did not respond. Finally, they offered less than 100% for the refund because of the amount of time that had passed. Finally, even with low-quality merchandise, the customer must pay for shipping. Overall, poor quality merchandise and poor customer service. I enjoyed the shirts that I found at LatchedMama.

Santymania · 05/11/2019 14:23

Terrible quality, do not buy... inferior made in china products with loose threads, button holes not punched, cheap fabrics thats not soft for babies. Regretful purchase! I wish I can warn people since their advertising was so aggressive online with the nice stock photos

tanitani · 30/11/2019 02:35

I ordered from there and they came within a few weeks and seem fine to me - no issues at all.
However seeing the reports above maybe I got lucky? Won't order again just in case.

Any similar cute websites anyone can recommend? I live in Japan so need things that will ship internationally.

Really sorry to hear from those whose designs have been personally ripped off by this site.

Santymania · 30/11/2019 06:41

They are outsourced from China with probably hundred different suppliers. Their sizes are way off... i ordered a sleeping bag 0-6months which is too small for my 2month old baby. And another which is way too big for my baby... few of the clothes are fine, but I ended up getting a refund for almost all of them after sending pics and complaint. Nobody can wear those items... 😅

KittyKatSmile · 01/12/2019 10:25

I ordered some maternity clothing from here. All so cheap and horrible that there's absolutely no way I'd wear it.
I had a different experience to others with customer service however. The process of complaining was strange; you had to type in the items you'd received and then say why you didn't want each one. They gave me all of my money back straight away and told me to keep the items and pass them on to someone who would like them.
That's a tricky bit because I don't know anyone I hate enough to gift these things to. I will probably put them in a charity bin.

Joannewrynn · 21/02/2020 14:02

Really disappointed! The items took a long time to arrive (which I was prepared for). However the quality was really cheap and what was more frustrating is that the labels were stitched onto the wrong side of the garments! There can be no quality checking of documents which is alarming... how can a legitimate company allow that happen? It was the case on all 4 items.

sel2223 · 21/02/2020 14:13

So pleased I saw this thread before ordering anything!

Mysa74 · 18/06/2020 12:41

Me to, sel2223.
Thanks for the heads up guys!

MommySal329 · 10/07/2020 04:39

Yes, I did and I regret it sooo muchhh!!!! I placed an order 3 months ago!!!!! I have NOT received my order yet!!!!! Customer service does NOT help you and they are rude!! Don't waste your money! BTW THEY LITERALLY PAY YOU TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW AND IF YOU ADD A PICTURE THEY GIVE YOU MORE!!!!

EveningReflection · 10/07/2020 21:42

To me they just seemed like one of those Chinese Wish type shops where youre lucky to get your order and the quality doesnt match whats in the pictures. From the posts on here it seems I judged it right so I will definitely avoid! Id already noticed that their baby grows weren't listed as 100% cotton which had put me off.

EveningReflection · 10/07/2020 21:45

Also, the covid situation has really made me consider where goods are coming from. I'd much rather support a UK business (even if the clothes are made abroad) because at least they're paying taxes and VAT in this country and supporting jobs here in some way! Also much easier from a customer service point of view if youre not happy with your purchase.

baby456 · 11/07/2020 08:05

I've ordered a few bits and really like them. Took just over a week to arrive. Some of the labels seem a bit rough so will take them out but I'm planning to order some more.

Razpoot · 11/07/2020 09:25

To think that this is one of the websites my family nurse told me to buy from! Glad I never bought anything from them. A bit of advice for anyone as I've had items not received and no contact from another company, use paypal to pay. That way if they dont supply you its pretty easy to get a dispute sorted

bee222 · 11/07/2020 09:56

This company are notorious for stealing independent designers designs and making cheap, nasty knock offs. The quality is shocking. I would not want their clothes anywhere near my child. I would be worried about safety and scratching from the fabric.

peachypetite · 16/07/2020 14:30

Wow I am so glad I googled this company before buying anything.

Chlolou2020 · 25/07/2020 13:18

Don’t suppose you know the contact number for pat pat?

WeeScottishWife · 25/07/2020 13:56

Really glad I saw this thread, PatPat keeps popping up in my instagram adverts at the moment & I was wondering if I should look into it for some special occasion type baby outfits... definitely won't be now!

Mc3209 · 25/07/2020 14:09

I wouldn't order again. I got few maternity bits - 2 summer dresses and 2 t-shirts. Took forever to arrive and quality is questionable. 1 dress and 1 t-shirt are made of quite scratchy material, my bump gets very itchy if that material is in the direct contact with my skin (not an allergy, just scratchy material). Oh and t shirts that arrived weren't maternity per se, now with a bigger bump I am Winnie-Pooh-ing.

ExpectingMother2020 · 04/08/2020 22:48

Patpat is pretty great for those of us who like to donate to charity and help abused mothers, childcare charities and so on. If you shop via Spendow, Patpat donates 9.1% of every purchase to charity. Check out the link here: www.spendow.com/uk/b/patpat/2619

The quality of the products is also improving but as a parent, I think we should always be diligent what we buy and from whom. Patpat has made giant strides to improve its image.

Daph73 · 22/08/2020 04:19

No.

Cookiecookie23 · 29/09/2020 11:08

I’m not sure how many good reviews about PatPat are genuine. They have an influencer program so they probably offer reward to someone who writes a good review about them. I noticed someone mentioned they pay you if you write a good review about them.

To start with I was also lured by their cute and relatively cheap clothes and 10% off first order offer. I registered an account with them and tried to place an order, but the 10% off didn’t apply automatically and I couldn’t find the 10% off discount code. I then emailed their customer service and enquired of this. Rather surprisingly their customer service had no idea what I was talking about. They asked me to send a screenshot of the offer to them. The 10% off first order is right on the front page of their website, mentioned in the Rewards section in their Q&A, and also appeared when you register or subscribe to them. Yet their customer service didn’t know any of these and kept asking me to evidence this 10% off first order offer. I have never come across such customer service who has no knowledge of their company information and service, and are so unhelpful and time consuming. Of course this put me off from placing an order.

During this process I did some research on the company and their products. Luckily I did! It turned out that all their clothes are made and shipped from China. Their warehouse is in China. Basically they are just a platform based overseas selling Chinese clothes. I have no problem with clothes made in China, but when I found exact same clothes on Chinese shopping platforms which cost half the price, I wondered why anyone would pay double and sometimes more than double for them to be shipped from China anyway. Moreover, a lot of the design and photos were taken from small individual designers, for example on Etsy, but the clothes are made from cheaper material. I would not want my baby to wear any such clothes. Be aware and avoid them - even just for the sake of your baby/child’s delicate skin.

scotgal99 · 29/09/2020 16:48

A family member bought us lots of stuff from PatPat... I would say out of around 10 items maybe 2 are passable/wearable. The shoes are horrendous. Really cheap looking & very hard. I won’t be putting them on my baby.

As most others have said the quality is very poor. It also took around a month for delivery.
