Excuses to leave work for scan

Please help with an excuse of why I will need to leave work for 2 hours for my scan.
(Yes I know it's ridiculous I will need an excuse but I work with a lot of women who may guess and I won't be telling anyone until I am 16 weeks)
It's going to be a busy day at work that's so that's why a good excuse is needed.

Could you feign a property-related emergency?

• Kitchen pipe has a leak, resulting in a flood of waters and plumber needs to be called in etc ( works if you live in a flat or shared property)
• or even if you say it's a blood test, you could say the nurse/doc got delayed due to another emergency and everyone had to wait/rescheduled and that took you 2-3 hours
