34 weeks tomorrow, and yesterday I had:
Breakfast: Cup of tea and 4 biccies
Morning snack: Wotsits, dried apricot bar, 1 slice of cheese sandwich, orange
Lunch: Jacket spud with beans, butter, cheese and chilli relish (could eat that all day, all week if it not give me dodgy stomach and I know I have limit myself to one a week
)
Afternoon snack: chocolate m & m's milkshake
Tea: egg and toast, glass of orange juice
Before bed: cup of warm milk and some more biccies.
always have water on the go, throughout the day.
oh dear, that is not looking very healthy.
