Hi! I thought I'd better start a new thread now because it might get busy tomorrow morning and I don't want to lose you all

I didn't know about the limit. I'm still completely humbled that I've had so many well-wishers , so I feel a little self conscious. Although I think we've all been led down this path by the baby somewhat!

Am completely knackered tonight so will say goodnight and will endeavour to keep you posted on happenings tomorrow.

On a more sensible note - if you are taking bucket loads of painkillers as you probably will be, please ask for stool softeners (lactulose here, not sure what it is called in the states) as they can make you horribly constipated

Fantastic news! I've lurked for ages and am so happy for you southsea on the arrival of baby Thomas. It's a great day to be born, we've just spent the day celebrating ds' 3rd birthday! You've been so strong and positive through this whole experience and I hope you will really love being a mum to your son!
