Nice, appropriate things to say to pregnant ladies

We've been and recently on the thread about weird and inappropriate things people say to pregnant women.

So I thought I'd start a thread where we could collate sensible, supportive questions and nice, encouraging remarks for the benefit of colleagues, partners, family, in-laws, random strangers, people in shops and so on.

Any thoughts?

I sympathise with the lady who had SPD, I'm also struggling badly with this and still have 8 weeks to go with my 2nd baby...hence would love anyone to say 'let me come round and do all your housework for you then drive you to the nearest spa for a foot massage and back rub, we'll stop off for a cream tea on the way back.....sigh
