we have freeview, I might look into downloading it but if it's going to be a pain, wait and see when it appears there.
Was it really good? I didn't expect it to be as good as LOM

elkiedee · 08/02/2008 22:47

Or if you're not busy being romantic next Thursday, Ashes to Ashes (1st episode) is on BBC 4 at 10 pm (after episode 2 at 9 pm? - bit strange).

NorthernLurker · 08/02/2008 22:51

I really enjoyed it - looking forward to next week's episode already!

elkiedee · 08/02/2008 22:55

I've recorded A2A, not watched it yet but curious about the 80s setting. I don't find Iplayer a pain to download but normally like to use the computer and watch TV at the same time so never got round to watching the things I downloaded before they expired (you get a month but only 7 days if you start watchingi then stop it).

StealthPolarBear · 08/02/2008 23:00

ooh thanks
That is romantic - watching TV together! Strange that it's on after the 2nd episode

PillockOfTheCommunity · 08/02/2008 23:31

iplayer is really easy to use, heck, i manage it

Pesha · 08/02/2008 23:39

And whys that then?!

StealthPolarBear · 09/02/2008 07:14

Morning

Maveta · 09/02/2008 08:18

Morning!

Pretty great night here, N down at 8pm, big feed and back to sleep at 11.30am and then woke up again at 4am and fed but later transpired it was actually a wet nappy keeping him up. Dh changed him and settled him and he slept til 8.30! that´s some kind of record

Oooggs and Liath, I am with you on the no-boob issue. Sadly pre baby they were off the ´no need to wear a bra, all pert and perky´ variety. Now it´s more ´have to wear a bra but not for any of the right reasons´. Bah.

Ange - very impressed at your measurements!

Luce and GMM - great news on the weight loss! very impressive, it´s always good to see results for all the hard work. Dh keeps saying we need to get back into running and I do agree given that bikini season is only a few months away. But I just can´t be boooooooovvvvvered . Really should though. Weight and size wise I´m happy enough but it´s all v v v v wobbly

oooggs · 09/02/2008 08:19

morning katy

thank you NL - found it

dts slept 7pm - 7am but Erin brought up all milk again this morning

oooggs · 09/02/2008 08:21

hi maveta - sorry x post

Sexonlegs · 09/02/2008 08:37

Morning all.

Hope E is better soon Oooggs.

Pesha, like others have said, your friend needs to make the decision and you be there as a shoulder to cry on. He sounds dreadful.

Maveta, glad you had a better night.

All ok here. Dh having a lie in so I am "on duty". K busy picking up crumbs off the rug. I hoovered Friday morning before my friend came round for coffee then of course B had a friend over and ta dah, there are cake crumbs everywhere. Talk about sweeping snow whilst it is still snowing

What's everyone up to?

Taking B to the theatre again this afternoon to see Town Mouse, Country Mouse.

Right, hoovering to do!!!

mammyjo · 09/02/2008 08:38

Morning oooggs, maveta and spb

Maveta, lovely to hear you had a better night, and very of your 8.30am start! I was looking at the clock thinking that you must have leapt out of bed to post here, but then the time difference dawned on me!

SPB, how was T last night? My bil is in the middle of doing cc with his son who is now 15 months old. They are finding it really hard having started but never finished it so many times over. They did say that he is improving though so fingers crossed it will work for them.

Poor little Erin oooggs Good to hear they both slept so well, but not so good that she threw everything back again. Maybe she has cleared out now though and will have a better day [hopeful emoticon] Take care xxx

mammyjo · 09/02/2008 08:40

Morning SOL Made me laugh that you are on duty this morning! Know exactly what you mean about the hoovering, although I did mine yesterday and it is still good today. That just shows that the messy buggers in my house are dh and ds as they are not here! F will pick up the tiniest speck off the floor to inspect and eat it!

Dont really know what to do today, it is lovely and sunny so may just put F in the buggy and go for a long walk. Need the exercise and I am sure she will enjoy the fresh air too!

mammyjo · 09/02/2008 08:41

Ooh, what did the mum say about bathgate?!

Sexonlegs · 09/02/2008 09:17

Pmsl at bathgate!

I didn't say anything. I am wondering if her dd told her herself tbh as in some ways she is quite mature.

We shall see!

PillockOfTheCommunity · 09/02/2008 09:20

I think Joe may have knocked me out this morning

OP posts:
mammyjo · 09/02/2008 09:27

Seriously? Are you ok?

PillockOfTheCommunity · 09/02/2008 09:29

seriously
not really sure
don't know if I was knocked out or fell asleep
he headbutted me full force right at the top of my nose
HOW DOES MY BABY KNOW WHERE TO HEADBUTT TO KNOCK SOMEONE OUT??????

OP posts:
mammyjo · 09/02/2008 09:38

Ow! If he hit you that hard its a wonder he didnt break your nose! Is he ok? Am sure he is as they seem to have heads like cricket balls sometimes dont they!

PillockOfTheCommunity · 09/02/2008 09:45

He doesn't care!
my nose really hurts but it's not wiggling, that means it's not broken, doesn't it?
can't breathe through it but I think that's my cold

OP posts:
Sexonlegs · 09/02/2008 10:20

Blimey Pillock, are you ok? I have no idea how to tell if a nose is broken tbh.

cazboldy · 09/02/2008 10:31

molly managed to split dh's lip a couple of weeks ago - and she didn't even cry
