Hello! I have just been to Tescos (yes I have a very interesting life). It opened at midnight so I thought I would get there at opening time before it got too busy. Big mistake!! It was bloody heaving. Oh well, done now so no more shopping for me - yippee!!

When I went at 9pm on Saturday night there was hardly anyone in there. someone unloaded my trolley for me, another person helpped me pack and someone else helped me pack it all into the truck!

Scottish contingent is back!!!

I went to tesco at 7am yesterday morning, as they are opem 24 hours even on a sunday up here!!!

C woke up at 4 this morning, so fed up with it we have embarked on a tough routine.... tried to settle him, gave hime a bottle, dp tried. Eventualy at 5 it was time for ...((((((whispers))))))) controlled crying.. took half an hour but it was soooooooo worth it, just woken now. He had a dream feed at 12 so it wasnt as if he was hungry - he just didnt want to be in his cot, little toad. It was hard, he was screaming like a wild animal, but it will be better once he's settle .

Quiet day here, got some cleaning up to do before dp finishes at lunch time...rock n' roll or what???

dh has gone to work - til about 11am so no different here - just me and dcs. We are now all fed and just need dressing.

No idea what the day holds and there are 3 presses to open from dh&dcs but I am waiting for him to come home

Caz, would have been nice to have got that kind of service at tescos last night, but not a chance! There were literally hundreds of people queueing outside before the doors even opened. Bloody place. Mind you, if I had left it later I dont think I would have got some of the things I wanted as the shelves were looking quite bare at the start. Very pleased now that I did brave it!

Toying with the idea of going to Argos to get ds a transformers thing. Dont actually have anything much to do today. Most stuff is wrapped, food shopping done. Dont know whether I can brave it, but know he would love the toy too

my dh has gone back to work today after 3 days off, so now i'd better get some housework done! i never seem to do anything when he is at home!
he is working tomorrow aswell though, which is a pity, especially as he was promised he could have it off!!

I had a really nice few days staying with my lovely SIL and her family. Very relaxing and somewhat calorific - SIL & BIL are very good cooks!

Have tried to catch up a bit with the thread. Love the goat, Runny. IMBM - hope you're not too shaken up after that crash .

I'm not sure hown much I'll be around over the festive period as DH is working lates then nights starting tonight until after new year which is rather pants. I'm probably going to head off to my parents for most of it. Will have tomorrow morning with DH at least to do stocking & present opening but Christmas is one of those times where being married to someone who works shifts SUCKS!!

Just popping in to say Merry Christmas - off to parents today if I can get everything done. Preoarations derailed by some sort of weird vomiting thing last night! Had tea - felt ok, just a bit achey then started feeling sick then was sick x 3 shivering horribly throughout! Feel very underpowered this morning but had some black tea which has stayed down and just tried a dry biscuit. Fingers crossed!
Merry, Merry, Christmas to you all from one who is hoping not to feel - that's sick not envious!

Been to the haridressers this morning so I'll my hair will look good tomorrow

Izzy has been really unhappy for the last few days, so booked an appointment at the GP for her this morning, just before we went I noticed that both her ear drums have perforated no wonder she's been so unhappy.

Went out for our work Christmas do on Sat night, Mum had offered to have Jake and Izzy overnight, but had to bring Izzy back at 3am because she wouldn't settle. It was still a good night though

Really looking forward to tomorrow I'm such a big kid

Anyway in case I don't get on again, hope you all have a lovely Christmas.
