And pee on one now! I am not up to a late night. Now I say!!! Wink

Passmethecrisps · 21/04/2014 20:21

Evening wimmins.

Get there to a GP vq! It's what you would tell is to do!

Glad you had a busy, fun-filled day.

flouncy you might be surprised by the weigh in. Even if you are not it will be all over once it's over. Glad you had a good time. How are you feeling now?

Night shift bp? Hope it is a quiet one because people have been too busy eating Easter eggs.

How on earth did it come off yw? It must have been pretty loose. Certainly not your fault.

Work today was fine but I was jealous of DH and p going to the safari park. Apparently they dealt with a lemur escape attempt! The Lemurs roam free on an island that is connected by a bridge which has two sets of stiff swing doors at the end. The doors are designed so the lemurs can't get out but someone held the door open for a family member and 4 lemurs made a break for it. When DH and p went into this little doored area there were 4 lemurs waiting patiently for them to open the outside door! Apparently p was DELIGHTED and was meeping with excitement.

I did get a rather long disco dancing session with p just before bath time which will be why she is still humming to herself an hour after bedtime . She was dancing with great excitement to the cd if the band at our wedding. I managed to get a video and am toying with sending it to them

Passmethecrisps · 21/04/2014 20:21

Oh aye! And get some wee dripped on a stick!

fruitpastilles · 21/04/2014 20:31

ValiumQueen · 21/04/2014 20:33

Pass and Isles, have you read about the fire at said Safari Park? The old house is a tad singed Hmm

ValiumQueen · 21/04/2014 20:34

You did Fruit, but I knew what you meant Grin

Elizadoesdolittle · 21/04/2014 20:38

Just checking in after a hectic but mostly fun weekend. I have enjoyed the Easter holidays and the weather being good made it much easier. But I am glad for things to return to normal tomorrow. DD1 is absolutely worn out as am I and I need some time to myself to get my house back to it's normal mess as opposed to the chaos it is in now.

vq Happy birthday to your DD. I hope you feel better in the morning.

stunt Could you be?? Ooooo POAS.

wanda Glad you had fun with your girls.

pr Hope you are enjoying your travels.

Elizadoesdolittle · 21/04/2014 20:40

And yes pass another vote for the video of P to be uploaded to fb. I love watching her skillz.

YellowWellies · 21/04/2014 20:40

I was just signalling right (with a slightly forceful swipe but no more violent than normal for me....) when there it was in my hand Shock!

Stunt

Thanks to Chez Valium x

PetiteRaleuse · 21/04/2014 20:54

Really wanted to watch Jamaica Inn this week but am too knackered. It's one of my favourite books. Night quiche. The girls have stayed on French time so have been up at 6 every day so far.

stunt pre period I always feel pregnant now. Don't worry but poas anyway for us

Passmethecrisps · 21/04/2014 20:57

P is still awake!! I want to go to bed!!

Our safari park? I heard about a car fire in another one.

Shall I upload? It is a minute of dancing!

Passmethecrisps · 21/04/2014 21:13

Just uploaded two Blush

StuntNun · 21/04/2014 21:14

BFN but AF isn't due for a few days although I'm not entirely sure due to irregular cycles varying from 26-35 days. I would like another one but now is not the right time plus given the years of effort it took for DS3 I can't see it. I will be relieved when AF arrives this month.

Passmethecrisps · 21/04/2014 21:29

Fingers crossed it comes soon.

ChasingDaisy · 21/04/2014 21:37

I could almost convince myself that I am pregnant in the few days before every period at the moment. I am also extra hormonal read crazy during PMT since O. When does this shiz settle down?

flouncymcflouncerson · 21/04/2014 21:51

I'm still coughing pass but don't feel anywhere near as rough.

I put on 1lb...and have just scoffed a whole easter Egg with the skewed logic that I've none left so can't fall off the wagon again! Hmm Hmm

I'm now downstairs listening to J cry as we're back to CC due to many many wakenings. I'd left it as we were going away the weekend and I figured no point doing anything when bedtime was going to be messed up anyway!

Ugh..... I just want to go to bed! He ended up in our bed in the caravan last night as he was not settling and it was 5am....not morning!

YellowWellies · 21/04/2014 22:55

Jonas is proper cranky hysterical sense of humour failures at the slightest thing crying at being in the bath, crying at being out etc. He smells refluxy, has had a cough, temperature and raised red rash on his cheeks for nearly 5 days now. Slapped cheek? That's a bad thing to be exposed to when preggers isn't it? Am sure I've childhood immunity but docs trip tomorrow methinks. Confused Just hope the poor chap is on better form tomorrow as he's very sad / hard work with it Sad. He's waking once a night at least and just wants to be cuddled / stroke my face til he drops off. Poor love. Luckily he mostly wants DH at night!

ChasingDaisy · 21/04/2014 22:59

Two wake ups here already Hmm A cuddle settled him first time. I've just dispatched another cuddle but he is still whimpering over the monitor. Have no idea what's wrong.

Lily311 · 22/04/2014 05:12

Morning,

I slept nearly all night. Well, I was up like 5 times but managed to go back to sleep. Feeling rather smug.

Ok, I'm officially that 'mother'. You know, the cruel one. Last night I put o to sleep and after she fall asleep the doorbell rung. My neighbours were there and I didn't open it. The kids are aged 6 and 1 and they were in a jolly good mood. They kept knocking and ringing the bell, I pretended we weren't in. I just couldn't risk O waking up, not sure what they wanted but they seemed high on sugar. Poor O, I deprived her from some fun Blush.

yw I need to call the instructor today! going to take some lessons! I have a licence but haven't driven for years. I also need to buy a car.

And pass p is awesome!!

Lily311 · 22/04/2014 05:14

Oh and yes, I always convince myself I am pregnant before period. I haven't had sex for 2 years for goodness sake.

fruitpastilles · 22/04/2014 05:44

flouncy I will be doing exactly the same today, S has 2 eggs that I will be helping her eat today so they are out of the house. 1lb isn't bad considering you've been away.

Yes yw docs! Poor J. Hmm

chasing BrewBrew

Glad you slept well lily. I think if it were me and they kept ringing the doorbell I'd have had to answer it, just to tell them to go away. I'd be scared it would wake S up.

Happy 21st birthday VQ WinkThanks have a lovely day xx

ValiumQueen · 22/04/2014 06:03

Thank you fruit Smile

YW yes, get checked to be on the safe side x

ValiumQueen · 22/04/2014 06:08

Lily, one of DD1s pals said she thinks I am mean. This is after I had provided the whole streets kids with ice pops, cup cakes, sweets and crisps. Apparently DH is cool.

ValiumQueen · 22/04/2014 06:09

Pass, yes it was BD. fire in the castle bit.

ValiumQueen · 22/04/2014 06:48
