I would say trump is one of the many rich and powerful sexual predators hiding in plain sight except in trump’s case he barely hides at all due to his gigantic arrogance and stupidity.

I really hope this is his ultimate downfall in the eyes of his maga fans but who knows.

He was actually caught on tape boasting about grabbing women’s “pussies” and was still elected not once but twice by this crowd so morality appears to be a very different and highly selective concept to them.

I am eternally grateful these days that I am not american.

I can only say that I very much dislike that particular one. To be pointlessly vulgar isn't anything I particularly like. During the "No Kings" anti-Trump protest there were a lot of signs that were very pointed (on one, I even learned something I hadn't known about), about a specific issue, and some that were enjoyable clever.

Wow 😱 I don't follow politics but I was aware Trump is generally considered to be awful. This is shocking though. It really says something about people and their secret views/morality that he was able to get elected.

I know. One of the awful things about Trump is that he's done so many horrific things that as the accumulate they recede into the past, and aren't in the fore of your consciousness. Then you read a list, or a terrific article that connects the dots, and you smack your forehead and say, "Right! I'd forgotten about that."

Well, the media are all over them. But, then again, there's an awful lot going on, and, awful though this may be, it's only one item in the distant past. On good news channels, the top stories still would usually be Israel/Gaza. Also, though, Congress is trying to stop the release of much of the information.
The late-night comics are having a field-day, though, mocking him.

This, more broadly, is the real puzzle for liberal Democrats: How is it that his bankruptcies, his predations, his frauds, his ignorance, his viciousness, his vindictiveness, his 3,000 lawsuits, his 30,000 lies were known, yet millions of people voted for him anyway?

When I heard that the White House were saying that trump had thrown epstein out of his club for being a creep to women I thought it didn’t ring true.

Trump only acts from self interest and cares nothing for anybody let alone women.

Now from his own orange gob a further explanation has emerged, that epstein “stole” employees including Virginia Guiffre.

This makes much more sense in that trump sees people as his property.

However there remains the issue that trump made the now infamous comment calling epstein “ a terrific guy …a lot of fun to be with… likes women.. on the younger side” two years after the time he is supposed to have thrown him out and ended the friendship.

I am waiting to see if maxwell gets her pardon or is found dead. Or both.

I read the OP and agree completely that Trump is a disgusting predator, but I'm so used to seeing vile quotes from him that none of this is a surprise and there's nothing I can do from the UK. The US voters are a lost cause.

I am aware that many citizens have protested with the No Kings movement and I applaud them but what about the CIA, FBI, the military and of course the lame duck democrats who became so out of touch that trump was able to gain power?

This is what so many people (Trumpers) seem incapable of doing. During Pizzagate, when Hillary Clinton was accused of running a pedophile ring out of a casual eatery, Trumpers weren't able to ask themselves: Does this seem likely? Or when in 2021, hundreds of people expected JFK Jr. to re-appear in Dallas, two decades after his death, and emerge as Trump's vice president: Does this seem likely?

And now we see that maxwell has been moved to a minimum security prison after meeting with (trump’s) deputy attorney general.
