I have warmed to Boris and cooled towards Ken personally.

There must be some Londoners out there

Keep Boris.
Loathe Ken and his weaselly face.

EdithWeston · 01/03/2012 12:18

(Disclaimer- ex-Londoner, so don't have any say in this any more)

Keep Boris.

Ken comes across too often as an unapologetic bigot. And I'd trust Boris more on keeping down his share of the council tax.

mrsruffallo · 01/03/2012 12:22

It's strange isn't it. I was v disappointed when boris got in but have got used to him now.

Loathe Boris.

Apart from anything else, he's consistently shown that he's a very poor judge of character when it comes to appointing his deputies.

JosieRosie · 01/03/2012 12:26

I'm voting for Ken. I do have reservations about him but I'm sick and tired of Boris and his clownish ways. It's all getting very tiresome.

Ryoko · 02/03/2012 17:36

Can't stand Boris, if all else fails I'll vote Ken but I want an independent mayor, they should be allowed to stand if they are members of political parties.

TheFarSide · 02/03/2012 17:39

Ken - he really stands up for everyday Londoners. I remember him keeping the tube fares within reasonable limits when I first arrived in London.

MrsDmitriTippensKrushnic · 02/03/2012 17:40

I didn't vote for Boris last time, I'm not going to vote for him this time. I don't like him and I'd rather have Ken.

tethersend · 02/03/2012 17:42

Ken.

vixsatis · 02/03/2012 17:44

Boris- likely to spend less money

AmberLeaf · 02/03/2012 17:51

Ken.

SardineQueen · 02/03/2012 17:53

I'll be voting for Ken.

Puffykins · 02/03/2012 17:56

Boris. I like his bikes, and the fact that he got rid of those awful bendy buses.

SardineQueen · 02/03/2012 17:59

I thought the bikes were an idea while Ken was in office and while the whole plan was being worked through the administration changed?

MissBetsyTrotwood · 02/03/2012 18:02

Ken. Though I go a bit weak at the knees with delight whenever I see one of those beautiful new routemaster buses. I know they've probably cost millions but I don't care. Something that right just can't be wrong.

Ryoko · 02/03/2012 18:04

Belated I know, should have proof read earlier but I meant they shouldN'T be allowed to stand if they are members of political parties.

Snusmumriken · 02/03/2012 18:05

Ken!

Solo · 02/03/2012 18:06

Keep Boris the baffoon!! I can't stand Ken; he'd put everything up again!

I would vote for Boris, Ken is a nasty piece of work.

jumpingjackhash · 02/03/2012 18:14

Boris. He's an idiot, but at least he's straight-forward in his idiocy and makes sense.

Plus I don't trust Ken to deliver on the promises he's making now - there's no way he can afford to do most of it, it just doesn't add up.

I want someone who will make my life better / easier, Boris kind of does that, Ken just won't.

tethersend · 02/03/2012 18:22

Boris is no idiot.

It takes a shrewd and cunning man to get to such a position of power whilst appearing to be a passive buffoon.

Abra1d · 02/03/2012 18:24

Keep Boris.

jumpingjackhash · 02/03/2012 18:25

OK, I'll give you that tethersend!
