Summed up perfectly. In 10 words.

Then write the 10 words here. No one is going to click your random link

TemporarilyCantDoMyself · 22/05/2026 11:51

I clicked it because I trust @CurlewKate .

It's Keanu Reeves being asked the question, he kind of sighs or breathes heavily while he's thinking and then says 'I know that the ones who love us will miss us'. Followed by applause.
It's 11 words btw. 😂

Thedogscollar · 22/05/2026 11:52

I clicked your link OP. I've seen this before.
Keanu Reeves comes across as a decent human being. Some other Hollywood stars could learn by example, he's definitely grounded.

Thedogscollar · 22/05/2026 11:54

I sometimes wonder how others see us once we've died and would we like to hear what is being said.

Absolutely sod all.
This is all we have.

FernFaery · 22/05/2026 12:57

Fade to black I expect. There are much worse things.

WhatsAWeekend · 22/05/2026 19:23

I thought this was going to be a thread about

autopsies and
what the funeral directors do 😗

Dilbertian · 22/05/2026 23:47

I know that the ones who love us will miss us.

Yup, that’s what matters: what of ourselves we leave behind, not where we may or may not be going to. (Clue: nowhere. We’re going nowhere after we die. We just end, and make room for the next ones.)

EasilyPleased · 22/05/2026 23:53

Dear Keanu.

Hamela · 23/05/2026 00:08

It's not related to the Keanuism, but if death is anything like being anaesthetised, it really will be just.... Nothingness. Hopefully without pain in the run up to it.

Sorciere1 · 23/05/2026 17:26

Of course there's an afterlife; this world and worlds are so complex and beautiful, don't any of you read those Near Death Experience stories from all over the world. Some like Anita Moorjani are compelling. My grandmother before she died saw and spoke to my late grandfather.

Wolverine23 · 23/05/2026 17:50

physically back to dust but consciousness goes on. It will be like going to oneness energy and everywhere all at once. Can’t rule out reincarnation either

Stoicandhappy · 23/05/2026 17:51

Nothing.

Emptybath · 23/05/2026 17:55

Since having kids I have 100 percent decided that me and the kids will go to Heaven. The thought of being parted from them is too painful. So I believe that. Believing that has no consequences other than making me happier.

On a similar note, I have also decided that the most flattering mirror is the one that definitely reflects how others see me 😁

fancypantss · 23/05/2026 18:04

Dust.

Parker231 · 28/05/2026 22:44

Nothing. That’s how life ends for everyone.

FleshLiabilities · 28/05/2026 22:47

We all go to heaven in a little row-boat

Miranda65 · 28/05/2026 23:02

Our physical remains are either burnt or buried. That's it.

giemepeace · 28/05/2026 23:04

Isn’t he Buddhist? In which case he believes in rebirth but answering diplomatically.

Non of us can say for sure either way but I like how confident you are in your beliefs (not sarcasm btw, hard to show that on text)

And the scales with the lowest weight are the correct ones 😂

NDEs are just physiological effects of impending death. It’s not that complicated. Like sleep paralysis, what people ‘see’ is strongly culturally mandated — Americans/cultures with a Christian bias see guardian angels or loved ones, Hindus see messengers from the god of death etc. None of it stands up to scientific testing.

Mossstitch · 29/05/2026 00:01

The same as before we are born............don't exist.
