I'm really enjoying yoga, I'm following the Adrienne 30 day thread. It's a delightful calm moment.

My partner cooked so I didn't just eat cereal for dinner.

DH was really kind to me.

Steps forward in work.

Another yoga day, little DC3 was doing some, which was sweet.

A patch of clear blue sky - a novelty here at this time of year.

DS4 is recovering slowly but surely.

Nearly all my salvia cuttings are putting on leaves!

The option to sleep when the baby sleeps (when he eventually does!).

Husband unexpectedly bringing home breakfast treats.

The years I had with my mum. So many more than she had with her's.
A visit to my dad yesterday. We drank earl grey and ate strawberry tarts to remember mum.
Listening to the wind from the warm safety of my home.

Presently, I am grateful for shelter from the storm raging outside.
My heart breaks for those who don't have a safe, warm place to live.

I'm grateful that we live in a mature, stable country governed by the rule of law.
I'm grateful that there is freedom to worship or not as we choose, whatever our faith or lack thereof, without feat of persecution.
I'm grateful for my family and friends.
I'm am grateful for blessings unnumbered.

I'm grateful today for my fab boss, she s clever, funny and kind. Today she recognised that we're running behind and I'm a bit overwhelmed. She was straight in with help and solutions.

Grateful for self compassion. Today I bought completely the wrong ticket and wasted a bit of money but I didn't self blame or ruminate.

Grateful for yoga, I'm enjoying it so much.
