best meditation/ hypnosis on youtube?

Hello,
I'm interested in the idea of spirit guides/ light being guides/ higher self and would like to know if any of you are & what meditation/hypnosis you would recommend on youtube (or elsewhere) that I can listen to whilst drifting off to sleep.

I've listened to some Michael Sealey (but at the moment I pick and choose, rather than listen to the same one each time, should I be listening to the same one?)

Or is beginning meditation using something like Headspace a better start?

thanks in advance

Hi There BaldAndWild,

Thanks for posting - we don't have any particular knowledge in this area but we wanted to say hello and give this a bump for you.

We hope some of our users will be along with some useful suggestions for you soon.

Hi,
I also listen to Michael Sealey and quite like him. I think you might like Kenneth Soares, he does a few which focus more on the spiritual guided meditations and affirmations. I find his voice very peaceful.

I can't get to sleep without listening to a meditation! I bought the Calm app recently which I absolutely love. They do sleep stories - Matthew McConanghey has one which I completely love.

Hope this helps a little, I'd love to find more that I can listen to as well!

Thank you Fliss & constantreader, it's an interest I have no one to talk to about irl and it really feels as though the inside of my mind is my only truly private place (although that's the same for everyone really!).

I'll check out Kenneth Soares and maybe the calm app (trying to not spend at the mo, so maybe later!), thanks again.

I love Kenneth's voice but the intros seem a bit overly flattering. Did you think that?
