Anyone believe in angels and had proof they exist?

I've been going through a difficult time and whilst randomly scouring the internet, I read that if you call upon the angels and ask for signs that they are there, then you will see proof. Each time I ask, I see something that resonates with me but a part of me still wondering if it's just " coincidence".

Not me but would love to hear of any

BlueMerchant · 19/07/2019 21:11

I'd love to hear stories too.
I've just asked. I'll keep you postedSmile
Seriously I've always wondered and find it fascinating.

DesperateAbout · 19/07/2019 21:19

I hope so - I’ve been asking for help too. Not sure if the signs are wishful thinking or real. Im hoping they are real as almost at the end of my tether. Hope things work out for you.

Strongteaplease · 19/07/2019 21:24

Apparently you have to be quite specific and ask for a sign within a certain time frame....eg.. "please can you give me a sign before I go to bed tonight". It never fails for me but just still slightly skeptical 😕. I see white feathers if I ask for them, see relevant names etc. It's quite fascinating

My parents went through a really bad time. No need to go into details but it was life changing, hard on all of us and desperate at times. My mum is RC, not very often in church, but believes in the power of novenas. She prayed hard on a novena to St Jude for months. She and Dad ended up living next to a St Jude’s church, (200 miles or so from where they were living during the novena months).through sideways help, nothing decided by them. It helped them in a huge way. Yes, I believe in miracles. We didn’t choose anything. It was chosen for my parents. Believe or don’t. But after that experience, I believe.

Froglette16 · 19/07/2019 21:29

Btw St Jude is the saint who helps hopeless causes.

Yellowweatherwarning · 19/07/2019 21:35

When my mate was murdered, the next day 4 white doves landed on his garden.
In a new build estate completely random.
Always thought of angels....

Strongteaplease · 19/07/2019 21:38

Pardon my ignorance....but what is a novena Froglette? A fascinating story☺️

I feel had a guardian angel help me at the tube station at London Waterloo. I’m a northerner and never have been to London or got on the tube before and was travelling to stay with a friend. When I got there the panic kicked in the sweating, the heat, my heart was racing, the hustle and bustle and the staff ignored me when I asked for help and just muttered directions, they were really busy to be honest. Long story short I love cats, I’m a crazy cat lady and find so much comfort in them. Basically, I was getting to my platform and dropped my ticket and it blew down the platform, I ran like a scared child and left my luggage to catch it. When I got it eventually and came back to my bags I realised I was still on the wrong platform! This giant of an old lady with scraggy hair moved through the crowd towards me and everyone just kind of parted without looking at her, she came up to me and in a strong London accent told me to go with her to my platform and said it’s going to be ok. I noticed she had a pull along trolly bag that had cats all over it - it made me smile. She towered through the tunnels and little old me didn’t say a word and followed I remember thinking “Jesus, she’s bloody massive!” We got to the entrance of where I needed to go and I was slightly infront and she just pointed and said “there you go.” I nodded and I fought off my anxiety and as I turned around to tell her how much I loved her trolly cat bag and an extended thankyou she had completely vanished, this huge tower of a woman had somehow disappeared into a vertical tunnel. I’ll never forget it, or her help. I feel she was my angel

When I was young and suffering terribly from anxiety and depression, I used to ask the angels to help me to calm down and to look after me. Every time, I would feel a sense of calm wash over me and I didn't particularly believe in God or angels (still don't) it was more a desperate measure to be honest. Do I believe in them? I can't say yes and I'm much more unlikely to as I age. But, even if it's just a psychological trick, it works for me!

My partners mum passed away a few years ago. My DD was 1year 5months old at the time and was staying with my DF) She passed away 8am on a Saturday morning. We went to a shop at 8pm that night to get some "eye mist" as partner had been crying most the day and his eyes were sore. He looked up at the sky and turned round and said "love you mum" - a few minutes later I hot a message from my DF saying I didn't know DD could say "love you" - she's never said it before.. And was odd it was near enough the same time.
Also a few hours later was in the garden. Looked up at the sky again and said "miss you mum" and a shooting star shot across the sky literally just afterwards!

My father died, I work in a nursery, a week after his death I was in work out on the yard with the children, I suddenly had a little boy run up to me with the biggest white feather... a medium a couple of weeks later asked if I'd had the feather, it was from Dad.

Watch gaia.com its all about consciousness an ET's amazingly emery smith has an interview called reverse enginered technologys and its towards the end they talk about how we are made and our purpose. Its a perscription channel like netflix etc but well worth watching its content. When two scientist are talking about what i leant about angels after my dad passed it just made it more real. Plus my fella was like omg! Thats what you been sayin for ages! So much on there that may helps also NDAs ( near death experiences on youtube) hope this helps x

It's true, don't doubt yourself or the synchronicity.

Cali1979 · 20/07/2019 06:18

Amen Clalou. I like Aaron Dougherty on YouTube too. He's pretty cool

DesperateAbout · 20/07/2019 06:20

Strongteaplease · 20/07/2019 09:50

Desperate about. Try Sarah Wooldridge on Fiverr. I've had loads of readings from her. Everything's come true so far ,

Thank you @Strongteaplease - I’m so nervous about psychics as I worry about disturbing the dead.

Bezalelle · 20/07/2019 13:15

Wow, @Victorina4all - what a coincidence that you've written a book on this, and are trying to flog it Hmm

Cali1979 · 20/07/2019 13:27

Victorina4all, appreciate you sharing & I hope you understand that I don't mean to be critical. Angels are specifically meant to be played with. They are there by our side because they are assigned to us. If what your saying is true I would've had demons appear a long time ago. Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Catholic... We're all praying to the same god. Let the bible guide & help you religiously, spiritually if that's what helps. Best wishes & Love

Cali1979 · 20/07/2019 13:29

Don't be you have nothing to fear.

Strongteaplease · 20/07/2019 13:35

Desperate About. Having s psychic reading isn't anything to do with the dead. It's about someone having heightened intuition and who can tap in to another person's energy. Another one I recommend is Amieealicia of Fiverr. She's very good too😇

Angels are part of the spirit world; proof something exists is from the physical world.

I am convinced that God uses angels when we are in trouble. But the don’t have wings and white robes. They look like ordinary people.

Rachelover40 · 20/07/2019 13:50

There's nothing wrong in asking for an angel's protection and guidance as long as you know that they were created by God and doing what He/She wants, ie they are not powerful in themselves. The idea of having a guardian angel is comforting.

I wouldn't trust anyone who sold intermediary powers, no matter how good their reviews.
