I am in the Yurt, as it needed a spring clean (well its spring in my homeland). While cleaning the Yurt it shifted slightly to be aligned with the autumn winds of the north. Therefore Litotes needed a slight adjustment also.

still with cold so am resting in my thistledown tree. nice to be out of the shop for awhile - we have been working far too much!

my cold remedy concotion consisted of a whole lemons in a teapot with rosehip tea for vitamin C and lashes of honey. I am really thirsty and so just keep drinking the crystal raindrops, not the golden showers Actually WK I have heard that term before but colds and motherhood... just in case u were feeling left out as the only lewdly wise woman round here

In need of serious back massage, af is giving me murder in that part. then I fancy sitting in the salt vitality pool and watch the world at night thorugh the glass. I love the low light shining on the deck and can hear everyone laughing from the hot tub!!! I think a lovely food feast in the food room wiht comfy chairs and a window also poitning to the deck is now required, we can munch and look out onto the night!! BLISSSSSS AHHHHH

HIya all and yes wk am ashamed to say you read me right LOL. Paps how are you? Got up adn worked for an hour in the night as I was so full of my cold and couldnt breath then remembered a wise owl called Melsy and put on the vapouriser! Havent had it out since the kids were babies! It did the trick though without resorting to sinex!

awwww glitter poor dold in the nos !! They work amzingly dont they , bettre than oilbs on pillow too as last all night long. They are my saviour with colds. Im glad you remembered them.

HI guys am still feeling ill but have supervision of Phd session tomorrow and nothing else so am going to relax a little and then take thursday easy and not go in at all! May have time at last to chat on msn hurrah!

baby paps and i are off to english play group this morning. she is conversant in many languages tho including dolphin, fairy and is learning to talk to the trees!
