I am in the Yurt, as it needed a spring clean (well its spring in my homeland). While cleaning the Yurt it shifted slightly to be aligned with the autumn winds of the north. Therefore Litotes needed a slight adjustment also.

I have a recipe book whose author philosophy about eating is according to teh different rhythms in the human body. It also has a zodiac basis so every day there is a different grain. Today is Monday and is Rice. So I have baked a large fried rice for the hungry Litoteons

Yum have gorged myself senseles all is well in my office and I put loads of cream on my pie. Thanks guys am feeling happy and ready fro my trip to London. Cancelled my flights and am giong by train instead so we could make friends again.

We regularly gather on the deck where the are a number of comfy chairs, all sorts of music for your listening pleasure, ice cream and or cakes are freely available and the view is of course divine

I fancy going caving this afternoon by boat which leaves from the lake, to watch the glow worms. Might see you later on the deck for some of that ice cream.

oooooh paps just saw this and am going to check it out. Have had a terrible day as my kids have seen off my new nanny and now am left with no childcare. I haev grounded the two eldest adn stopped all after school activities. I am furious as they bullied humiliated and intimidated her out of a job!

If they didnt like her we should have been able to speak except that I am away so much this month. I hate feeling ashamed of my kids. Can I bring them in here for some calming reiki and childcare from darling paps and her creche? Sort them out sisters for me please!

well, well, well... three holes in the ground... Norty glitter children go straight to the creche for Reiki followed by repecting and being nice to people meditation. I guess there was some pre-warning this might happen. Hope you get somebody else at such short notice (((hugs))) and to think I was just going to ask them to come mushroom hunting with me down in the Litoteon meadow!!

While the glitterbabes are away contemplating their divine navels shall we go for a herbal mud wrap and foot massage.. ooohhhhh I can already feel those knots being released

Bless you Paps and thank you LOL! THe massage and wrap were great. You are right about the pre warning too and I need to pay more attention to these things. Off to the celestine thread now reading that book is really making me feel peaceful and less stressed and more curious and astonished!

Am going to the deck for a meditation period in the warm sun and blue sky now and then am going for a woodland walk and will pay close attention to everything around me. May also swim in the lake today.

Hiya paps know you are lurking. CAn I join you in the sea spa? I am on the 8th insight and having a real problem with it as it is the first time I have really disagreed with it all.

Will go back to reading and spending some time reflecting as well. Am going for a ride later in the forest and then may ask sibble for some healing and perhaps visit the nail spa in the yurt. Am thinking sky at night blue with glitter like stars for my toes.

the follow on is good for the contemplations of all things celestial

I could feel the stars coming closer when ready it and it was day.
I feel like doing some work in the herb garden. I am a SAHM and so weekends are not necessarily for resting!

I am only resting in here at home am doing the worlds washing paps! I am on my fifth load since yesterday adn the machine takes 7kg!

DH is doing diy and driving me mad by drilling I wanted to realx and listen to quiet stuff today and am plucking up the courage to ask for some quiet time. Here I have it in abundance. Glad you liked the follow on.

We have made a peace Paps although it was hard I came home yesterday to silence and sulking from the two eldest. We are giong to talk it through tonight. You helped though as you said the signs were there adn reading the CP has alos helped as I feel the kids should also interview potential nanies now! This person will be their carer and they need to see how they feel about them.

Anyway am off to shake off the cobwebs and ride through the forest if you want to come on esmerelda. I would like you to show me your favourite lake as well with the glittering stones.

Beautiful a ride to the lake sounds wonderful. We can stop by at the nail bar later for a touch up.... lordy be mine have not been done since the summer party

what healing can be done for motion sickmness an general run downess !!?? Im currently sitting in the hot tub then will have warm robe on and a lay down on a hugely comfy bed on the deck.
