I am thankful for my air conditioning. I'm in Australia and it's hot here. It will be42 degrees.

  • The amazing salad I just had for lunch
  • My HIIT class this morning
  • The whole of yesterday afternoon at the beach with family and friends.
  • Being back at work
  • Feeling the energy and focus starting to bubble up in me again
