Gemstone/crystal for shyness etc...

Can someone help me choose a stone to help with my shyness/no friends problem.

I am generally happy, and get on well with my current friends, but moved to a strange area a few months ago and have yet to make any friends at all. DS1 started nursery last week and I hoped I would make friends with the other mums then but I didn't, so now I'm really disappointed with myself.

I get on well with people once I know them, and like to have a lot of friends, but I'm so shy that even though I can think of a lot of ways of making friends, I never would because my shyness/lack of self-confidence/courage self won't let me.

I work with gemstones and crystals a fair bit, but this is really bothering me to such an extent that I can't think straight, and can't work out which stones I need.

Some ideas I had were lapis lazuli, hematite, ruby, carnelian (better than ruby or not?), aquamarine or moonstone. I already have a rose quartz which helps a bit.

Sounds yummy that hot chocolate drink... new diet starts tomorrow so gonna try one of those tonight!

Poor OP probably done a runner now, I wouldn't have been able to post such a tactful answer either, so chose to ignore it. But just gotta say, my sister had very frequent and horrendous nosebleeds until one day she got given a sapphire stone - she hasn't had one since. My dad's backache has gone since he was given a smoky quartz and a lot of people I know have had their asthma and other allergies healed using carnelians. I have also used a combination of stones to calm my hyperactive three-year-old son, and promote peace in the home.

bs - glad that those stones worked so well!!! Can't say I've any huge experience personally of them working, I've tended to put it more down to giving people more courage and will to get themselves going but as I said, however it works, as long as it works!!
