Thanks CCM - if I have time inthe next couple of days I will do a roundup of the prayer requests from the old thread. (Come back soon CD we need you !) Well actually she will be far too busy getting her house straight to do the roundup, but CD we miss you, hope you are back online soon!

Rosey - hope you didn't think I was being funny with you, I read my message back and it did seem odd. I know that you believe in God healingtoo, otherwise you wouldn't be asking for prayer. It is just so frustrating when you pray with persistence and it doesn't happen.
I am Glad DH saw Casualty with you, praying that you get better quickly, and do not need to go onto the stronger drugs. HUgs honey.

Hi Panda no offence was taken at all! I knew exactly what you meant. I just felt the need to re-affirm (if only for my own sake) that God heals.

Saw Consultant today and I will be induced on Sat if baby doesnt come on its own by then, feel at peace, but please pray that I get a understanding MW and it all goes well.

Am sure this baby doesnt have TOF's but am just so glad that the end is sight and I we will know just what we are dealing with.

WB - praying that all goes well for you on Saturday, and if you ARE induced take the epidural (I was induced both times with mine, but was only allowed the epidural the first time)

yes dh is home - yesterday. Couldn't bare to look at him yesterday or be in the same room as him. Went to gp this morning and he just cried when he came home. I still can't understand why he is saying he doesn't love me but he is willing to go to relate, get the addiction thing sorted and as for the abuse stuff we'll have to see what the cps do.

I think he is under a tremendous amount of stress atm and not capable of making any decisions regarding us, so I guess I will just have to sit it out however painful that is.

But I know I will have you lot for support, I've been to counselling today and have got 2 or 3 rl people and some good online friends too.

Maybe he is saying he doesn't love you, because he is so low, he doesn't have the capacity to love? That he can only think of himself in his misery?

If he is talking Relate, maybe deep down he realises that?

I don't know - I wish I could help more, but will continue to pray for you all.

..... and you've no idea how good it feels!!

Thank you all so much for your prayers, thoughts and well wishes - moving was v.stressful and traumatic, in-laws were v.hurtful and the whole process was v.painful, but sooooo glad we're out of there now!! We're settling in nicely to our new place, loving having a home of very own - DD's v.relaxed and happy here - God is so good - thank you for blessing us Lord!!

worzella - Continued prayers for Minister who has water on the brain and leakage of spinal fluid. Needs to have blood patch v.soon. Also prayers for her DS2 to improve at going to bed!!

Custardo - Things have been v.difficult for her and her family recently - prayers for them.

LongWayToGo - Has been having an awful time of late - DH is v.v.v.depressed and has fractured shoulder which needs an operation. He was recently come back to the family home after leaving and lwtg is scared and confused about their relationship. Mega big [[hugs]] and prayers neeeded - Keep posting honey - we all love you and we all care about you here!!!!!! xxxxxxxxxxx

Podmog - Baby due at end of Jan - feeling tired and hormonal. Has been on bed rest and has been getting no sleep.

Roseylea - Prayers for dilemma about which church to attend - feeling confused. Also prayers for her as she is unhappy with her childminder and no longer trusts her. Super big prayers for her Crohn's Disease, which has been very, very bad of late - prayers for healing.

MaryBS - Has been having troubles with her DH, findind him a little cold and distant and is craving his affection and love. Has been stuggling with insommnia. Prayers for bro who is in Iraq - prayers for his DW and children at home. Hoping Liam Christmas with family went really well!!

Hegland - Has recently had a MC, devestated.

Speedymama - Prayers that she finds the strength and patience to take her DT's to church (Sunday School) regularly in the NY - Same for Sooz!!

SandCastles - Continued prayers for niece you recently lost a baby at 23 weeks. Has had funeral and seems strong so far.

Kelly1978- She has been through an incredibly rough time recently, which, praise God, is finally coming to an end - prayers for her and her family as they push through this final hurdle.

MayMay - SIL died - she accepted God into her life at the end (Hallelujah!) Big prayers for bro as he comes to terms with her death - feeling very hurt and angry atm, esp with God for allowing her suffering. Prayers too for MayMay's DP who is so close to accepting God into His life.

Posey - A 3 yr old in her pre-school's mum recently died of cancer - prayers for the family.

SleepySooz - A work collegue recently died in an RTA - prayers for his family and friends as they come to terms with his death. He was only 21. Prayers for her as she grapples with the DT's at bedtime - prayers for endurance and strength!!

Weirdbird - Prayers that she would go into labour asap and not need to be induced on Sat!!

Xena - Still struggling, but "getting there" - Keep praying for her!

CaptainCaveman - A girl at her DS' nursery recently died at home of "unknown causes" - prayers for the family as they deal with her death and for the nursery staff who have been hit v.hard by this tragic event. Prayers for her DSis who has recently admitted to being an alcoholic.

PandaG - Prayers for DD who starts school f/t next week - Prayers for Panda as she adjusts to this change.

Bobsmum - Prayers for the floodwater around her home.

NotQuiteSoTiredMum - Prayers for someone in the Village who is "chronically depressed", hasn't been eating and is v.weak atm.

MarsLady - Prayers that the big bill that needs paying will be. Praying that God meets her needs!!

Fauve - Prayers for niece who has recently had surgery to remove a tumour from her face. Praise God it was benign!! Niece is only 22.

Xavielli - Praise God for her DSis' pregnancy after her temrination of a baby with Edward's Syndrome earlier this year. Praying the pregnancy progresses well.

FannieAnnie - On the verge of splitting up with hr DH, 18 weeks PG with No3. Lots of prayers needed.

CaptainDippy - Prayers for the Dippy Clan as they settle into their new home and adjust to new routine / community etc. Prayers for relationship with in-laws after stressful move.

There's plenty more I could waffle on about, but really should be thinking about going to bed as I'm working in the shop for the next three days!!

Thanks for your prayers. Just wanted to share the passage which is our churches "verse for the year" (which I'm finding unbelievably 'apt' at the moment)

Just one more little prayer request for tonight for me please pray that I manage to get some sleep tonight. I have been sleeping well....once I'm actually asleep. But I've got so much going on in my head - that it's taking me hours (literally) to fall asleep - and then of course I have to be up at the normal time and I'm starting to feel really tired. Last night I went to bed at 11pm, ended up getting up 3 times and reading/having hot milk/watching TV but it was still 2.30 by the time I slept,.

I need a good sleep tonight as I'm working tomorrow night.

Really glad your house move went well and may God bless you in your new home - obviously don't know your real address so sending you a virtual "Good luck in your new home" card .

Podmog - am praying for your baby to arrive safe and sound, the sooner the better for you. I suffered awfully for last 6 weeks of pg with insomnia, anxiety, panic....never felt better after ds was born - the tiredness was far far worse in pg than having a new born!

Peace and joy to all. Please pray that i leave the pc alone and get on with the decorating I should be doing instead!! Trouble is, pc is in the room I'm stripping!

i take the opportunity of my boss away to a meeting to send you a Happy New Year message. Meant to send you all a message from my FIL 's home where we were over christmas but his computer was not working... i can't read all the threads but can see many new faces. CD... i read you had a horrible time... very sorry to hear that but so happy you have your own home now. congratulations . thought i'd give you those of you who are interested a little update. dh is well and finally settled in new job. it is good to see. he is much happier and hardly "drinks" these days - thank you Lord!. the contract finishes in may/june and i am praying that the firm offered dh a full time permanent position - whilst before he was not sure now he says he would take the offer . dd is growing too fast for my liking but she is very funny. we are doing potty training at the mo and it is going well. she will be 3 in march and would love her birthday party theme to be princesses and princes. and asked for a cinderella birthday cake. adding "it will be groovy!". bless... as for me; well still working full time and hating commuting. not happy at work and longing for something closer to home but money making is a big priority at the moment and my job is "safe". hopefully as soon as dh gets a permanent job then maybe i can start looking closer to home. i am enjoying doing sunday school and feels more confident now. our sunday school leader has asked dh if he would help every 6 weeks with the bigger kids. i was there listening and thinking "oh oh" but dh said ok. praise the lord!!!! dh has also been reading and doing the coffee rounds. how is your dh getting on marybs? we have had a terrible last 2 years but feeling optimistic that 2007 will be a good year for us. thank you all for your prayers last year as they have meant a lot and indeed played a big part in things getting a lot better for us. still a way to go but dh and i are good together at the mo and it feels good. may 2007 be a good one for you all. you are all in my thoughts and prayers. x ps: we should get internet within the next 6 weeks so i'll have no more excuse not to be in touch more often

We've got DD's teacher coming round tis afternon for a home visit, before she starts school on Monday! I've been cleaning and tidying up, it needed doing anyway, but having a stranger into your home is quite an incentive! The teacher seems lovely from the couple of times we have met, she is a new appointment to the school.

So I unplugged the pc, and lo, the room is nearly stripped. Found some large scrawl on one wall duabed "sue's room". Wonder who Sue was?
