Science isn't a person so can't prove, show, uncover, talk about or do anything. Scientific enquiry and method can suggest the most likely explanation but nothing more. It is up to the rational individual to believe what seems to them to be the most reasonable thing, which does not preclude a religiously suggested or inspired explanation.
