I dive off the cliff into the lake and swim with dd and the dolphins. Then we go ashore to the fire by the forest and keep warm with the tigers and mannikin Tigermoth.

The noises of Fasnacht are sending away winter and after food we will join them in costome and song.

We have lined the gully with moss and gossamer so that Aldruc gets a good nights sleep in comfort!

I have been just told by a puzzled fairy that palm trees have fingers and thumbs so that means my most recent hermitage in the gully is not necessary. But will keep the kauri as my home, with all the latest upgrapes I am one happy gnome.

Ah I feel a liottle lonely without Aldruc I may visit him later and take him a little honeycomb I found in amongst the heather!

I am going to start a relaxation session and meditation in amongst my heathery nook and listen to the skylarks and humming insects. Far away I see distant sea and the hils and mountains before me, above only sky.

I went to see Aldruc but he was not home
Instead sat a Himalayan Crystal Salt Lamp
whose hue was radiant, tranquil and sublime

He left a note for those who come
to spend some time with the lamp
to breath, circulate, connect and function

He says in his note that he will back
but that he is visiting his sister
in the lands of Algrave

My hair grows at an amazing speed
when near the salt lamp
goes now beyond my feet
it lies on the floor
tressels of rope for my climb home

Today the fairies are out to celebrate another summers day and I am admiring their circles in the grass and glades of the forrest. they have built a little city of acorn shells and bark at the edge of a glade and have combined it with some shells the mer people gave them. it is decorated with woodnbine, honeysuckle and roses.

Saw a lovely fairy home built by the children at the park the other day

I will visit the fairies and give them some of my hair so that they can weave curtains for their windows and thatch their roofs!

I sense heat, waves of sunlight coming today so I am off to play with my new flowing locks in the forest. The faires in benevolent return for the hair I gave them yesterday for their homes have magicked a spell upon my hair. Now it is like the tail of a monkey making it possible for me to swing through the trees like tarzan

My hair is red again (has gone white from shock, grief and stress in real life) adn I am happy today having a relaxing time and sorting out my head.

I am visiting the budhist nun who lives in the mountain retreat today and there amongst the clouds she will impart her wisdom which is so much part of the earth and meditate with me. We will drink tea and talk of the spirit of the mountains who rumbles his thunder and brings the avalanche but also knows how to reach the highest peaks. The mountain spirit speaks to me of power and vision amongst the clouds. He tells me not to be afraid and to live amongst the high peaks knowing I am strong adn free.

OOOOOh flying I am copying you Gm and have got a magic carpet which takes me anywhere. I am over the ocean keeping track of the dolphins and watching the wales far out to sea as they sing their mer songs of the depths.

Overnight my dreams wove my hair into a carpet and I join you in the skies of Bong and Yurt. My carpet has a ladder so I can scale up and down to visit places or stop for lunch - or so friends can climb up for carpet parties!

I have a dozen brownies ready and a bowl of raspberries with cream for breakfast.

I like your carpet Paps it is soft. Today I swim with dolphins and then play in the shallows with my kids and the mer people from the lake who have swum into the sea today!

I will grill fish on the beach later and eat them with ripe tomatoes and salad from the vegetable garden which the garden gnomes have tended. There are fresh beans and courgettes as well and I have made plates out of banana leaves.

Tomorrow I have decided to visit the market again adn buy a new dress.

Am having a lazy day as well. Soaking in a hot tub overlooking the mountains!

Today is a completely autonomous relaxation zone - how nice we all wish to take a slice of reclusion

for myself while that mountain pool sounds tempting glitter and the gm the gosisimer cave quiet, I am having consultations on Bach Flower remedies, massage, rejevenation therapy and meditation.

Have we all fallen into a deep state of slumber. Hope everything is okay with all who visit and dwell here

Have been in a deep deep slumber and am refreshed coming out of it. Like your remedies Paps may take one or two myself over the next few stressful rl days. In here however I am going to be walking in the mountains and visiting the mountain huts where bowls of steaming fragrant pasta are served and mountain goats cheese which I eat looking out over the peaks and valleys feeling fresh and cheerful. I will visit kudra the goat hurder who will tell me legends of the mountains and I will speak with the hut owners about fresh berries and home brew!
