The Yurt in blossom

I dive off the cliff into the lake and swim with dd and the dolphins. Then we go ashore to the fire by the forest and keep warm with the tigers and mannikin Tigermoth.

The noises of Fasnacht are sending away winter and after food we will join them in costome and song.

glitter, back from the swirling mists that live between time and the lands of the yurt.

What mystical visions lurked in netherland? Glad the blossom scented arm of the yurt found you and brought you home

I am far too brown an d sit in the dappled light of sun and shade, before I climb into the great stone bath in the glade of the forest. I will bathe in aloe.

Ahhh Paps many mystical visions and tomorrow will indulge the full day in rest and relaxation!

I am contemplating the glittery stones at the bottom of the lake which sparkle in the sun and glint on the water. The forest is green and shady and the golden hind is drinking at the waters edge. The forest is peopled by strange creatures and dryads and nymphs sing in the lakes ripples.

Papillon · 24/06/2006 17:42

I can see the strange creatures from the bath - they glow golden as dusk simmers through the trees

gothicmama · 30/06/2006 21:05

glitterfairy · 01/07/2006 08:30

NO we are here but you are right this is a chilled space where we can spend days just relaxing. I have had my toe nails painted bright red and there are little cream flowers on them as well.

I have had a facial and a yoga session with meditation session with my favourite budhist Peema Chodron.

glitterfairy · 01/07/2006 08:31

Forgot to say a big welcome toothy and here is your glass of nettle wine! I think Paps may bring along some breakfast soon from the woods. Perhaps a wild mushroom omelette.

GM how are you?

Papillon · 01/07/2006 09:33

Hi am too busy to be her but will be in the gothic library for a while major IT probs with scanner in rl and must be done by Monday so no nettle wine for me

glitterfairy · 01/07/2006 12:02

Studying GM? How horrid in this weather. How is it going?

Papillon · 02/07/2006 08:26

In a steep gully full of waterfalls, ferns and birds there is an ancient kauri tree. The trunk is hollow and a Aldruc the gnome lives within. His legs are no match for the climb out of the gully so he has resided here for 2101 years. He tells me that he lived in another tree (a rimu) but moved into this tree once it outgrew its sapling stage.

He also tells me he used to live with a hindu who taught him all about Mok?ha and Tantra. So naturally I am fascinated and will sit and listen to his words and mantras.

Paps your gullly sounds truly magical perhaps the wisdom you learn could be transcribed into a magic script which can be passed onto descendants of the yurt.

I was supposed to be taking the kids to a potions class today where they learned how to make lemon balm lemonade and a calming potion (in rl) but they are tired and we are having a lazy summers rest. I am going to lie amongst the pampas grass and listen to its truth whispererd on the winds of the prairie. Then later i will light a fire under the stars and cook potatoes, nuts and bananas in its depths.

gothicmama · 02/07/2006 16:47

HI yes studying still perhaps I will venture to your fires tonight for some good food and company gothic boy is too hot

glitterfairy · 02/07/2006 17:17

I may have to do a bit of meat tonight guys sorry but am feeling the need for red meat today! Paps could always be seduced into eating it I am sure!

AM chilling in a cool green pool!

gothicmama · 02/07/2006 17:22

you go ahead I will not be seduced so what will I bring for my tea wild mushrooms and nuts me thinks perhaps some nori and rice

Papillon · 02/07/2006 17:23

OP posts:
gothicmama · 02/07/2006 17:32

ooh paps afters sounds divine I will finish my work in time for tea

Papillon · 02/07/2006 17:42

brought the gnome with me, Äldruc, carried him out on my back. He was abit reluctant at first, understandably after being a hermit for a couple of thousand years.

He likes to tell stories and sing riddles. Is a strict vegetarian so has brought a bushel of corn and an assortment of mushrooms that he assures are edible but can play tricks on your sense of gravity.

OP posts:
gothicmama · 02/07/2006 17:45

yay I've done it - ready for my evening now - looking forward to stories and riddles - oooh ridle me riddle

Papillon · 02/07/2006 17:52

between mouthfuls of prawn and shroom here is some riddles to get you in tune
for an evening of silence, laughter and song

Riddle-dee-diddle

What did one eye say to the other?
What goes up to the sky without wings or ladder?
What hasn't done anything wrong but is always beaten?
What trees do fingers and thumbs grow on?

OP posts:
glitterfairy · 02/07/2006 17:58

OMG no idea I am rubbish at riddles and am doing a jig around the fire to make the dwarf laugh!

gothicmama · 02/07/2006 17:59

paps not enough shrooms and wine to have a chance of your riddles

Papillon · 02/07/2006 18:26

not my rhymes, they are Äldruc´s and as he was rather taken with glitterfairy I asked them. He himself is scratching his head at trees and thumbs which is why he has spent all those years in the gully. Marvellous dedication!
