I want to write something but I know I won't find the right words. The dignity and courage of Expat and her family are inspirational. This little girl is so loved and I feel so humbled and even ashamed of my own petty preoccupations. I can't begin to imagine the agony of Aillidh's parents but the sheer love for their daughter rings out above everything else. God bless all of you. xx

I want to stay awake but I'll be letting lots of people down if I'm worn out tomorrow but Aillidh will be on my mind and in my prayers as I go to sleep and will doubtless be again when I wake.

Hold on sweetheart, I know you've fought so hard and are tired but we believe there is hope for you. xx

I'm so very sorry to learn things have come to this, we are holding your hand Expat, and praying things will improve. Un abrazo.

Lit another candle tonight and once again there are great big tears rolling down my cheeks and more prayers...
I lost my wonderful Dad to cancer in 2009 and I have asked him to place his gentle hand on Aillidh's heart and keep it safe, watch over her and ask God for the miracle we are praying for. I know he'll be glad to help; he loved children and hated to see them suffer.
