No news at the moment since the last update.

I will post it again here in case anyone missed it tho.

"Aillidh update: slight improvement in xray. Bronchoscope and lavage done. She is comfortable and sedated. Plan is to leave her on vent a few days and find out what is going on inside her lungs with results of bronchoscope/lavage. Please, please keep praying. Your prayers, thoughts, vibes and anything are keeping her and us going. We are buoyed by everyone's strength and hope. Her grandmother is here now and her maternal grandparents will be here on Monday."

You have so many people with you, Expat, so many people fighting, praying, begging, hoping, loving for your little girl. We are all here. We might be sobbing dishrags but we are strong and we will get you through this.

So sorry that you are going through all this. Sincerely hoping that A will soon start to recover.
You are in my thoughts and prayers, along with all the other nameless families who are going through similar ordeals.

Next update:

Physio came but waiting to see if dr wants physio today cos Aillidh coughing red blood last night. Getting xray now. Dr came, changing her in to a diff type of vent called oscillator being discussed by icu drs. X

Oh come on sweetheart, you can do this. Just hold on, keep holding on and let the doctor do their magic.

I'll be singing a lot today, for you. Mostly cos it's so bad the universe will want you better to make me stop! Keep hanging in there, little one.

DD has done ritual after ritual, sent healing white light and lit spell candles, and we have prayer candles lit here, too.

You are all in our thoughts we are sending blessings on the family, giraffes and to you too, psycho.

Today is Sunday, the Lord's Day and I will be off to church soon. Chances of me being a blubbering wreck in the service - quite high But whether you go to church or not, whatever your spiritual position, you can get behind Expat and Aillidh and their family. I know we're going to be singing this at chuch this morning. I will be thinking of Aillidh when I am singing it.
The other thing I am going to do is lift my hands up high when I'm praying today. That doesn't come particularly easy to me - CofE background - we don't do that much but I did when praying for Cupoftea's beautiful Beatrice and I found the physical act very helpful. So if it helps you please join me and lift up your hands in prayer.

I believe in a God who is Mighty to Save. I believe in miracles. I believe in answered prayer. I will lift up my hands to the Lord who loves me and loves Aillidh.

I saw the biggest rainbow yesterday and immediately thought of Aillidh. It was perfect and so big that you could see the whole arch soaring up into the sky.

Hoping it was a good omen. Hang on in there little girl. Fight a bit longer

I've been following, checking, thinking of you and hoping.

Haven't wanted to post before but thought I should to demonstrate the numbers and strength of those who are willing Aillidh on.

There will be thousands more silently praying.

I'm not one for praying myself, but I read once that one way of praying for Quakers is just to imagine the person you want to hold in mind in your thoughts surrounded be candle light, or within the flame of a candle. Just hold them there and send love and strength.

I've been doing this for you and Aillidh.

Hello. Sitting in family waiting room bit, been chucked out cos they going to put in an arterial line. They said it would take half an hour which seems a bit long to me?! They giving her ketamine first before doing it. As I walked past the desk saw her oncology consultant and the icu consultant discussing her xray she had done about an hour ago. The results from that will destermine what happens. But dr has just adjusted her pressure on vent and also the way it is being delivered - no idea what is diff but it makes a new noise now?!

Sending more prayers. My word are insufficient but I really hope the x ray shoes something serious butbtreatable
