I love her! I've wanted a rat for as long as I can remember. My parents wouldn't let me have one though, and now I have terriers, so it's STILL not feasible. Can I just live vicariously through you instead?

AllFur I have a JRT and 9 rats in the house Dog doesn't come upstairs into the bedrooms where the rats live and he ignores them if we bring them downstairs but before we got them he caught and killed a wild rat in our kitchen so it can work!

Very sweet - would love one, but I don't think it'd be a good mix with my cats .

Asmoto surprisingly my first rats lived in harmony with my hunting mad cat. And a Staffordshire terrier. I think they can somehow tell that pets are family and we don't kill family! I did always lock the door of their room overnight and when our though, just in case.

I've just let all four free range the hallway for two hours. And what a two hours it was! They're all back in their freshly cleaned mansion cage now and being quiet for once

I think we need to see more photos of Bella! What an absolute beauty.

I had pet rats , miss having them but as I have two cats now its not fair on cats or rats .

My DD however has both, though one rat sadly died, and they all get on fine . Quite amazing
