Name for DH's new Chocolate lab puppy!

Knowing how inspired you all are thought we'd ask for some suggestions for names for new chocolate labrador puppy (a boy!) will grow up to be quite big we think... names in the frame at the moment are hector and revel.

Any other ideas?

I like Revel.

I can't think of anything thats not really obvious and boring for a choc lab TBH....

I know a dog called Dave, pinotmum! Fantastic name for a dog. I also knew a cat called Colin so it maybe just says something about my taste in pet names.

I would be wary about calling it Wonka...

Oops, forgot to add that they'd like to see a photo of him (I think they mean your puppy, not your DH! ) I think they're a bit jealous as they would love a puppy, and the cat and the guinea pigs are rubbish at fetching sticks!

Fantastic selection, thanks everyone. will post a pic this pm when family are asleep! we did think of button, but were concerned it might sound ridiculous when he is big. Biscuit was also discussed! Bodger has also been mentioned. will let you know , but in the meantime... keep em coming!
