Signed and bumping. I'm styrene 4 and the lack of knowledge around my condition is shocking. It affects so many women but we hardly give any funding to it. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

Signed. I started having painful periods aged 14. Fobbed off with painkillers for years. Not even picked up when we had infertility issues (H had low sperm count). Developed chronic abdo pain and finally got diagnosed aged 36!

It’s awful. Would be great if mumsnet made it a campaign on behalf of all the women and their daughters who have to experience this condition.
