Ask away. I'm not signing though 😂😂

WitchesHatRim · 28/01/2018 13:33

Spam...

ClaryFray · 28/01/2018 13:34

I'm getting sick of hearing about this now.

ThePinkOcelot · 28/01/2018 13:35

Yes you are!

GladAllOver · 28/01/2018 13:38

Too late I'm afraid.
Half of the voters jumped off the cliff.
The other half of the voters, and all the non-voters, were pushed off the cliff.
There is no way back now, and we will all soon find out what it's like at the bottom.

SandyDenny · 28/01/2018 13:42

YAtotallyU to post petitions in anything other than the petitions topic

CaraBosse1 · 28/01/2018 13:44

God, I hope Brexit is stopped. Just because half the voters "jumped off a cliff" doesn't mean me and mine have to be dragged over it too.

Nikephorus · 28/01/2018 13:47

For crying out loud.....

MinnieMousse · 28/01/2018 13:50

Done

ShastaTrinity · 28/01/2018 13:51

The majority won, I am not sure about a precedent allowing votes to be reversed and referendum decisions to be ignored. Might as well not bother with them at all anymore.

I do believe that the "leave" voters were wrong, but that's irrelevant, they won

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 28/01/2018 13:54

It's not doing so well is it, if it's been running since 17 November.

gamerchick · 28/01/2018 14:01

Personally I think it would be stupid to back out now even if it were possible. Imagine the punishment that would be inflicted by the EU possy?!

Fuck that.

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 28/01/2018 14:05

We've voted to leave. It is or rather should be what it is.
Where there petitions to get Conservatives out when they were once a gain voted in.

isittheholidaysyet · 28/01/2018 14:10

Well I would, except I don't agree with it. So I won't.

SilverySurfer · 28/01/2018 14:23

Pathetic - of course I won't sign it.

It's time Remainers stopped whining.

ForalltheSaints · 28/01/2018 14:25

It should not be Parliament having a vote. There should be a second referendum, to accept the deal with the EU or not.

WitchesHatRim · 28/01/2018 14:37

There should be a second referendum, to accept the deal with the EU or not.

There. Will. Not. Be.one.

Corbyn ruled it out himself this morning. Labour aren't pushing for one. It isnt their policy. It won't hapoen

UpstartCrow · 28/01/2018 14:43

Signed, thank you.
It was undemocratic to treat the referendum as anything other than an advisory vote.

NewYearNewMe18 · 28/01/2018 14:44

Sick of bloody petitions.

CaraBosse1 · 28/01/2018 14:45

I don't want a Second Ref, I want Parliament to do its job and protect the economic interests of this country. That means staying in the SM and CU. Therefore we might as well stay in the EU and have a say!

Leavers - you didn't win, you really didn't.

Personwithhorse · 28/01/2018 14:46

I fail to understand why everyone get so hysterical about Brexit. The EU is a corrupt nasty organisation, mass immigration has been a disaster for large parts of the U.K. and depressed wages. People who are well qualified or well off have always been able to live in Europe

UpstartCrow · 28/01/2018 14:54

'Hysterical' manufacturers need to know:

  • if their trade with the rest of the world will be covered by existing free trade deals or not
  • if there are going to be tariffs as soon as next year on exports and imports
  • if there will be Customs stop and check at ports, ferry terminals, the Channel Tunnel.
  • if the emergency £250m lorry park in Kent, which still doesn’t have planning permission, will be available in time for next year or if hard shoulders on Kent motorways can cope with delays.
  • What happens to perishable produce if theres a Customs delay?

And the Govt cant say, because it didnt decide any of this before they arranged the referendum.

TheNaze73 · 28/01/2018 14:57

I’ve signed it, shared it on Bebo & hung a classy handmade sign on a roundabout directing people to the link

AntiHop · 28/01/2018 14:59

Signed. We need to give parliament a meaningful vote. What are leavers afraid of if they're so sure they're in the right?

WitchesHatRim · 28/01/2018 15:15

As I said previously.

There will be no new vote.

Labour and Corbyn have rules it out categorically. In fact it was the only question he didn't hesitate about this morning.
