Terrible experience at Giggles soft play center in Bagshot

Terrible party experience at this place which I wanted to share with everyone. My 5 year old was not allowed to play pass-the-parcel because we did not buy a more expensive package. In fact nowhere in any of the packages does it mention anything about party games. After the party my daughter was in tears. Well done, you made my 5 year old cry on her birthday. Food was rubbish, really cheap crisps. The package said balloons were provided for the party but none were given. I tried to speak to the owner today who would not take my call. They actually threatened to sue me if I complained any more. I should have checked the reviews on giggles before booking as I would not have bothered.

After any party in a soft play centre a genuine mnet poster would come home, hit the gin, log onto mnet and sob about all children being tiny dickheads.

I feel some research should have been undertaken.

I googled Giggles to find out what other reviewers were saying (clearly have too much time on my hands!). Interestingly, there is an identical review on Netmums this evening...

Thanks Vincenzo, I'd never heard of giggles before but this thread has now made it into active conversations so I've read it and now I know that giggles in bagshot is shite and I will avoid it at all costs.

Sorry wrong soft play. However, have just looked at the review on nethuns and so clearly written by the owner. So pleased DS is largely unfussed by the horrors of soft play shudders
