I need party bags for 14yos

I have always done a 'bag' rather than a bag of stuff
So pencil case, handbag, toiletry bag with a few bit, make up bag or a japanese tied bag from a scarf which was last years & a real success (I keep seeing them use them)

So this year?? I have no ideas, no money & DD's party is right before Christmas; we are having a campfire a film night & a sleepover for 10

So bag ideas?

I'm amazed you're still having a party for a 14 year old! And I definitely wouldn't be bothering with party bags at this age.

It's tradition DD is spoilt

How else can I get rid of them unless I give them something to go away

& at least if they are having a sleepover here no boys/alcohol will be involved

Not pricey, and something they can keep. Maybe just fill with pick and mix... Or nothing at all, and can be used that night if money doesn't allow for filling.

I was told the way to make them go away is to cook bacon sarnies and quickly pack the bedding when they are eating your irresistable fry up- seemed to work at DD1s 18th!

That involves work.....I'm not sure I'll be up for that I have a party for about 80 odd the next afternoon

How about some cheap plain calico bags from eBay and a set of fabric paints/pens so they can make their own mementos of the party to take home?

OK. How about getting them to make origami boxes out of some pretty craft papers. Are they too old for friendship bracelets? They could make those round the campfire and take them home in the boxes?

Does it have to be a bag? Could it be a cute keying, passport cover, pretty tissues, to go in their own bags? Or an " emergency " bag- pretty make up bag with plasters, paracetamol, etc in?

DD wants bags.........

Ok..... First aid bag? Change/ coin purse? Handbag shaped biscuit? Bag of cooking stuff ( made from a tea towel?)? Have you done bigger wash bags with soap and flannel? Shoe bag? Gadget case( kind of a bag, nice ones in cath kidston)? Tk Maxx had slippers in bags last year?

I'm having a sleepover party for DD in a couple of weeks and am planning on getting something similar. We are going to make homemade bath bombs and soaps at the party for the girls to take home in the bags.

A stocking filled with sweets and mini smellies?

How about bath bags like these made from cheap muslin cloth, filled with rolled oats etc and tied with pretty ribbons?
