Dh was headhunted for a fab role, he asked me to look over his CV (from his work email), I did, made some changes and sent it back. As an attachment.
Knowing full well all attachments are stopped by his work server thingy.
One of his team has seen it and released it from the quarantine area.

I was more embarrassed that I'd said in the return email that his CV and his being headhunted made me feel all wanton tbh.

DH was more worried his firm would find out what was going on.

If it helps, when I used to work in that area of IT, we'd release things for one another all the time, and I never looked. The assumption would be that the CV was more interesting than the cover letter.

Even if someone told The Boss, your DH cannot stop being head-hunted, and everyone needs an up to date CV, for internal and external use.
