drlove8 · 20/06/2009 21:30

rusmum · 20/06/2009 21:42

thebluefoxategreensocks · 20/06/2009 22:08

I've got:

www.holdenslanding.com/images/wahm/1/trickortreat08-trickstackzebra.jpg

www.holdenslanding.com/images/wahm/1/Louise-rainbowskyfront.jpg which also has a dragonfly on the front and a ladybird on the back

www.holdenslanding.com/images/wahm/1/HCFAll-pumpkinbedbugside.jpg not sure the fabric is exactly the same as this one in picture, but same pumpkin colours

and www.holdenslanding.com/images/wahm/1/ustom-stephaniewatermelonbedbugwithvinestopst.jpg in toddler sized and another one in m/l coming, so Clement & Benjamin can have matching ones!

All except 1 is velour lined (as well as velour outters!) so they're so lovely & soft!

The other 2 that are yet to arrive are actually mixes of purple/blue/pink (yes, pink!) but since the price was right, I thought I'd go for them anyway. Pink at night won't hurt - and good to have spares anyway!

I think postage/custom charges from USA can be quite expensive - or at least make the overall cost quite a bit. I've actually never bought one new...I just keep my eyes very open to spot them when they come up secondhand.

I find they aren't really that bulky/huge. They're not exactly quick to dry though (the actual fitted nappy) but the boosters dry quickly. Each nappy comes with 2 loose boosters, a bit shaped like a long sanitary pad! and they just lay inside the nappy.

This is Benjamin (several weeks ago) wearing one (tho not really best photo to show how it fits): i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk108/rachins_photos/benjbedbug.jpg

4andnotout · 20/06/2009 22:09

I think i have:
about 29 itti's
8 flexitots size 1
9 flexitots size 2
2 easyfits
12 or so bbos
3 udos
5 bbh bamboo
4 bbh hemp
hundreds of flexi wraps

and that is just the stuff we are currently using, i have boxes of stuff to sell including airflows, bumhuggers, udos, blueberry wraps.

I have seen the sage on choc spots and it is lush, i have a udos in lilac on choc spots which is one of my favorites and it is cut better than my other udos and fits perfectly.

I need to buy a couple of wet nappy bags, just need some of my stuff to sell first to get the funds!

Rachel-They are lovely nappies do you need a wrap with them? I would hate to cover them up!

OP posts:
rusmum · 20/06/2009 22:11

OMG 4 lol

what flexi wrapa like??????

4andnotout · 20/06/2009 22:13

I love them, much prefer them to airflows now as both dd's are skinny waisted and these have cross over tabs and generally fit them better, never get any leaks either which is a bonus!

thebluefoxategreensocks · 20/06/2009 22:16

4: yes, do require wraps. We use wool always at night, and work fab.

4andnotout · 20/06/2009 22:17

But they are too beautiful to cover up!!

OP posts:
treedelivery · 20/06/2009 22:18

4!!! Wow!

If I ever take to robing houses I'm coming to yours 1st

drlove8 · 20/06/2009 22:20

i love the rainbow , shame you have to wrap them....now, if they had matching wraps?

JennyPenny22 · 20/06/2009 22:21

Octo - Soy is very slim fitting (Even Elouise's boosted night nappy is slim fitting enough in the day. In fact, her medium, which is a bit too small for nights but too big for Talia, we do use in the day and is probably slimmer than some of her day nappies! Yet the most absorbant by far!

Tree - Soy doesn't go hard with hard water. We have very hard water here and everything goes hard. Even our bamboo is not soft (although not as hard as cotton/hemp so we still) But our soy is still so soft - you would never know it had been washed in hard water. We don't tumble anything but with soy,you honestly don't need to. And is is very quick to dry too!

Rachel - the bedbugs do look great, but aren't they very hard to get hold of and really expensive? That has always been my understanding.

I would of course do a deal if she wanted both the sandys and micros.

We were out toay and Elouise was in the same BBH for hours and was still mostly dry. I did go to changer her in the afternoon but she was still mainly dry so thought it was not worth pinning her down to change her (She HATES having her nappy done). Was very impressed with it.

thebluefoxategreensocks · 20/06/2009 22:23

For any of the itti bitti lovers about, just came across this site which is doing the ordinary d'lish ones at 10% off for a week starting tonight (making them 10.80) - don't know if that's good or not, but passing it on. Also includes the sets of extra inserts.

And back to HLs again, Bums n Roses here in UK have a stocking of some in various sizes:

swampster · 20/06/2009 22:26

I really love the look of bedbugs - I imagine it would be a bit like pissing on a cushion. I want one but I have eight or nine BBH... fancy a swap if you spot another rach?

4andnotout · 20/06/2009 22:28

Lol swampster @ pissing on cushion, btw i got my itti's from that websit you recommended for £11.59 the service was fab (so ordered 2 more )

Rachel-which is the itti site?

OP posts:
treedelivery · 20/06/2009 22:34

Must start looking into soy then! Cheers Jenny. Do you buy inserts?

The HLs look lush but price is a bit eyewatering isn't it? Would love some though.

I'll be needing some bumhuggers if anyone has some? Ideally the one where the booster pulls out. I think size 2. But not sure really. The 'needing a night nappy' is creepin gup on me! At least I have my longies and fleece wraps all sorted out!

Still using lots of 2 parters here. Mainly thirsties and airflow wraps, thirsties and lollipop micro/fluffy nappies. Also 3 Bg, 2 itti's and a few others. Not using fuzzi much at mo - seem to have forgotton about the. Don't know why, they are a good shape for Hatts

4andnotout · 20/06/2009 22:37

Tree- I have 5 bumhuggers for sale
2x£3 as elastic has gone in legs (but still do the job)
3x£5 guc. All are new style with pull out soakers.

thebluefoxategreensocks · 20/06/2009 22:41

swampster: afraid I love my Bedbugs too much to part with them! sorry!

Will be funny if Paypal starts to take notice of all the bedbugs I'm buying...might think it's some secret trade! LOL Since most people think bedbugs are a pest, but I buy them!

duh I didn't post the link where the ittis are on sale! sorry!

swampster · 20/06/2009 22:43

You are the itti queen, 4. Rachel, I just went and bought a blinking brand new bedbug - I am holding you personally responsible. Anyone want a couple of BBHs?

swampster · 20/06/2009 22:45

Oh poo! Now I want a medium lime itti again - thought I was over them! No more links, please.
