Would you borrow potty training books from the library?

That's what I was planning to do for my nearly 3yo but a friend is saying they are all dirty in bodily substances lol.

what do you think?

100% I would. I actually purposely looked for some but my library didn't have any.

Now I have a few that I am stuck with as she's potty trained now and I bought them. Would much have preferred library books.

I sometimes give a book to my child when changing his nappy and you know children's hands sometimes go everywhere! So I think it is around handling things if you are handling potty etc... but I am thinking I am just going to give books a quick wipe and it will be fine

Ah! I reserved mine online through the online library account. They then deliver them to your chosen library and you go and pick them up.

Yeah, just use some sanitiser on it if you're worried. I think there is an element of truth to what your friend said based on you and other posters experience!
