Baby hasn't pooed in 3 days

My 15 week old in on day 3 now no poo she is in good form and drinking her bottles going to ring GP once they open for some advice as I don't think there is anything I can give at this age is there with GP instruction ? Also don't know how long to leave it anything I'm readying says 3 days. It's not like her usually she goes once a day sometimes more .

She had a nice dirty nappy before I rang GP needed a hazmat suit to change it 😂😂 thanks all.

We once went 10 days on a change of formula. The result was not pretty but DC's relief must have been phenomenal!!
