Primary school start time?

What time does your primary school start? Just curious as ours seems earlier than others so wondered what time others start?

What time is it OP that your school starts, is it earlier than others here? I believe the government have recently mandated minimum hours per year in school so some are having to make changes.

Drop off window 8.25 to 8.35am. It used to be 8.50 to 9.00am but they didn’t have enough teaching time during the day.

8.50 is drop off at ds school most children go on the school bus and I've seen the children sitting on the bus in the carpark for at least 15 minutes.

Ours starts at 9am. Scotland. They open the gates from about 8.40am

My kids get the school bus and I believe the buses are supposed to get there between 8.45 and 8.50am

8:35-3:15

Doors open at 8:30am, have to be in by 8:40am

8.55. No dropoff window either, parents have to stay with them in the playground till then.

8:35am and finishes at 3:35pm.

Similar to PP we’re not in the UK school starts at 7.50

Prior school in UK was staggered class entry siblings could go in together so we’d drop between 8.30-8.45

Thanks all yeah the times are on here it's 8.30 to be in by 8.40 so not unusual then as it seems a lot of schools are
like this. The other ones round here are 9 so the extra 20/30 mins would be nice! Looking to eventually move dds school as it's not a local one and the one on my road opens at 9!
