How many 3-6 baby outfits do I need?!

Hi wise Mumsnetters

I seem to have ended up with what appears to be an excessive number of 3-6 outfits for baby through gifts and my own vinted purchases.
I was wondering if anyone could advise how many is reasonable to need before I give some away or resell (not including sleepsuits?)
people have warned me I may need more than I think due to reflux etc. Hoping to do a max of 2 washes per week.

Use the stuff from Vinted first and keep the brand new with tags on stuff as back up. If you don’t end up using the new stuff then you can resell or give as gifts to other friends later!

I think I had about 7 outfits and 8-10 sleepsuits but I was washing more than you

Mine was in newborn for 2 weeks, 0-3 until about 10 weeks, 3-6 until 16 weeks and we've just moved up to 6-9 at 18 weeks. He's long and has big feet. Was 7lb 9oz when he was born. If I could go back now I wouldn't buy half as many 0-3, I bought LOADS. Like 50 baby grows. God knows why I thought I'd need 50. I bought way less 3-6 and glad I did.

I also do 2 or maybe 3 washes a week. So I would probably buy 10 sleepers, 10 vests, 5 cute outfits like dungaree sets, and maybe 1 splurgy pretty don't really need this and will probably never wear it outfit.

Honestly less at every size has been fine. My Ds is now 3 years old, and I would say we haven’t every had more than around 10 outfits ie 10 leggings, 10 t shirts etc, and less of things like jumpers. Even with him getting muddy and nursery etc, we just wash as needed ( and we don’t wash more than needed)
